The delivery men arrived within the time frame. They were helpful and very kind. The man in charge, answered all my questions and even assisted me in moving another chair in order to place the new chair where I needed it. He kept reassuring me that they were there to help. He plugged the chair in, once it was put together and went over all the different functions. I Strongly recommend this business and will definitely use them with any future needs. December 2018 we rented a washer and dryer--months later the dryer started making grinding noises…read moreso off it went to be repaired and we received a loaner dryer even though it was smaller but it was only temp---the dryer comes back and doesn't turn on--so it goes right back to repair--the dryer then comes back again with a large dent and scratches--we refused it--we were offered 10% off payment--didn't take it--we wanted another dryer like we had, like the one we were paying for--by now who knows what else had happened to it--we were told they can't give us a new one without charging us more for it---after no call back or resolution from this store or their Main office or the Area manager like we were told would contact us--we had enough and told them just to come pick them up-we're not going to continue paying for something we don't have and we are not taking back the dryer that Aaron's had damaged- We had already paid Dec. and were refunded Dec payment but yet we have now been called twice about our late payment. We have paid 1300 into the 2 of them and probably have paid off at least 1 of them. We were paying for months on something we did not have and now we are out all that money we already paid into them. The only positive thing about this store are the 2 delivery drivers they have---they were very understanding and very professional---that store is lucky to have them. Behind the greenhouse, we had a delightful time listening to our instructors who clearly have worked side by side at the farm. Educational facts about herbs with a sprinkling of humor began the event. It is so wonderful to attend a class where they share their knowledge about the herbs and their uses. They give you salient advice that helps you decide on which herbs fit the taste profile you enjoy so you build your herb pot on what fits you. The aisles and sections were labeled where it made the locating of the items super easy and painless. They had the two which we purchased. The store was clean, well-stocked, and organized correctly. The staff was helpful at checkout. Sadly, we had to return the jacks as they are too short even though the product stated it could be used. The return process was quick and painless because we saved our receipt and followed the return policy guidelines. Wish the product was what we actually needed to solve the problem. We now have to shop elsewhere to correct our issue.
