Every single experience I've had here has been fantastic. The front desk staff, hygienists, and dentists are all absolutely wonderful. They are kind, patient, and always take care to answer any questions I have and make me feel secure and informed. I've had several cleanings and a cavity filled there and it was the only time in my life I experienced zero discomfort during or after a filling. Dr. Rairigh's entire staff was courteous and professional, and accommodated our emergency visit. Over three visits in a week's time, Dr. Rairigh expertly corrected a botched procedure from our hometown oral surgeon. He set up a plan to install an implant using some pretty advanced techniques, including a 3D-printed drill guide custom-fit to my wife's teeth. He even took the time to show me the 3D printer in action in his office! (I was even able to get a cleaning during our visit! His hygienist, Laurie, is the best. My teeth felt cleaner than ever, and she was thorough and efficient. She also chatted with me as if we were old friends, calmly distracting me throughout the cleaning. Dr. Rairigh then came in to look at my x-rays and poke around my teeth. I wasn't left waiting in the chair for long at all, and Dr. Rairigh was gentle and informative.) She hit the nail on the head. Omni has been fantastic. I chose Dr Jeff Bono. He is great. He answers and explains everything he is doing in your mouth. He never makes you feel like you are just a mouth sitting in the chair. He knows your story and puts you at ease. The staff is also fantastic. Easy to make appointments and seen in a timely manner. The office is clean and even thought there are many rooms that are in use, you never hear a lot of noise coming from them. I couldn't be more satisfied.
