Awful customer service. I do not recommend! While having our…read moreducts cleaned before a new furnace was being installed at the end of July there was damage done to 2 return air grilles & a floor vent, which I advised them of right away. Eric was apologetic & at the time offered to compensate me for the damage by either replacing them or reimbursing me for them. I chose to pick them up myself & advised him I would. It turns out I could not find the right size to replace one of the damaged grilles so I had to let them off the hook for it. They offered to get replacement grilles in mid-September so I sent the measurements I needed..... & that was the last time I heard from Eric. I did manage to get the replacements & have emailed receipts a couple of times now (we dealt with 2 floods in our basement this summer, so it took me a little longer than expected to replace them) I have not yet received a response to any of the emails I have sent in the last 3 months nor have I received the reimbursement that they offered to me when the damage occurred. Very poor customer service - if they were not prepared to reimburse me for the damage that they caused - they should not have suggested it!
