I have a back injury so can no longer safely do this myself. First snowfall of the year - one guy showed up, plowed half of the driveway, didn't touch the sidewalks and left. Next day, more snow, no one shows up. Then I get a bill for their services! Finally the boss responded and apologized, said there was a mixup and they would do the rest of the month at no charge. Since then every time it snows, no one shows up. I email, I text, I call and every time he says "oh ya, you're on the list, I'll send someone". But he never does. This is beyond frustrating, it's disrupting my business and causing further injury. Stay far away from this company!

Being a stat, I searched FB and nothing indicating open/closed status. I called and instead of a person or voicemail message about the stat etc, I had to speak with a dumb-computer. I asked it is Lyon's open on the stat and it dumbely replied, 'we are open Monday to blah blah blah from time to time'. No. I asked you are you open on this stat holiday. It says 'sometimes we do close on a holiday'. I said 'no', I asked you 'are you either open OR closed today on this stat holiday, and if you don't know say 'I'm not certain'. It responded with, "Lyon's is definately open today". I said "Okay but if i drive all the way there and it's not open, I'm going to leave a bad review". it said "I understand your concern about not wastig time, but it is open today...". Drive there, and totally closed. Thanks for wasting my time Lyon's. Cause you're too lazy to post on either the webpage, on FB, or leave a 1-off human voicepromt, or correct the 'LackOfIntelligence' (LOI) bot, I had once again, a wasted trip. An absolutely terrible company to work with. They clearly do not know what they're doing. They…read moredestroyed parts of my property, left multiple jobs incomplete, put up fences that aren't straight, and built accessory buildings that are not compliant with municipal bylaws, and not square, causing it to look crooked. I lost an entire row of hedges because of their mismanagement, which constituted 43 six foot hedges. They killed newly installed sod, destroyed a 17 year old grape vine that was the feature of my backyard, and installed incorrect and non compliant natural gas hoses -- one of which nearly caused a catastrophic event. They originally told me this assignment would take 4-8 weeks, its 5 moths later and its still not done. Additional deficiencies include: Covered structure with bad cuts, untreated ends, grinder marks on galvanized metal, no butter, and bracing that isn't square, Chipped concrete on my driveway, hedges not spaced 3 feet apart, garden edges set too high, not enough gravel on the walkway, wood posts set in concrete, no screw patterns, soft polymeric sand, wood raised garden bed crooked and not flush with the home or retaining wall, which caused the patio to be not square. They also failed to complete all of the work outlined in the contract. When I advised them of the ongoing deficiencies and the damage they caused, they threatened to place a builder's lien on my property, sent me an additional invoice for no reason, and threatened to get lawyers involved instead of fixing their mistakes. I had a fixed priced contract with this company, they now claim that it was cost plus, even though the contract clearly shows fixed. This additional invoice and threat of a lien constitutes fraud, breach of contract, and intimidation. I am in the process of taking legal action against this company. From crooked hedges, to a dead grapevine, grease stained brick, a fire in my BBQ from inappropriate lines/hookup, edging that is not fully buried, a garden box that is not square- to name a few. Avoid this company at all costs.
