Dr. Dayal is very hands-on and offers different treatment paths, recommending options based on individual patient needs rather than following a cookie-cutter treatment plan. We worked with Dr. Schulte for a few of our appointments, and worked with the staff for coordination, and everyone was super compassionate and professional. Would recommend STL Fertility to anyone who is struggling to conceive.

They have been an invaluable source of support, information and compassion through the whole process. Our manager, Jess, is the absolute BEST! She has been so quick to respond to all of our questions and to relay results for all the testing. The entire staff feels like your own personal cheering squad and genuinely thrilled for your successes and supportive when things don't go quite as expected. I cannot imagine going anywhere else and feeling as loved and cared for as we did at STL fertility. The clinic is clean and I loved that all treatments were handled on site. The front desk ladies responded quickly to all my calls and scheduling was a breeze. The patient portal is easy to use and updated frequently with your current info and results. They made our dreams a reality and I truly can't thank them enough. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!

Dr. Silber is really touted as this "expert", especially for "older" patients, but I had no direct contact with him. In my opinion, he seems to be a figure head for the business, but not actually involved in any personal way. I communicated with a coordinator, who placed me on a protocol that wasn't individualized for my situation. I traveled all the way to St. Louis, where I turned up for my first appointment, whereupon my cycle was cancelled unceremoniously. There was no appointment with Dr. Silber, just a speedy blood draw and ultrasound at a hospital, where I was one of a factory line of similarly sad patients. I had spent so much money to get there, booking two weeks at a hotel, expensive flights, costly medication, and thousands of dollars for the cycle, only to be sent home with nothing. But it got worse. I had to see my gynecologist for emergency surgery to aspirate a cyst caused by the medication. (My doctor said she would've warned me against this clinic.) All of this pain and expense could have been avoided had I undergone a baseline ultrasound in my home town beforehand. Zero care. Zero compassion. Please learn from my experiences and avoid.

They were always available and made sure all my appointments would happen timely even during a snow storm. I had a few side effects or late night questions and the night nurse team always got back to me before the time of my shots so I was confident every evening and morning on what I needed to do. There was some time when I felt I wasn't getting responsiveness from the billing department that was causing a lot of unneeded stress for me but Dr. Rhee and Andrea personally got ahold of me and followed through until my concerns were resolved.

Most of their providers was listed as covered providers. This was recommended by Kind body. I also checked their website and saw Humana listed. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and use their portal. There was great information and resources. I followed all directions including filling out pages upon pages of my personal information and inviting my husband to create his portal login. I was looking forward to this appointment. Day of the appointment- I received a call from their number but due to a work meeting, I could not answer. I called back within 15 mins. The front desk person didn't know why someone would call. She checked with the provider and they figured it was the benefits person calling to verify. She said it would probably be covered at my afternoon appointment, but they may call back. About an hour before my appointment, I logged into the portal and see an message from Tempis, "...I am an Insurance Coordinator with Kindbody. I am reaching out to you because upon verifying your infertility benefits, I was informed that Kindbody is "out of network" with Tricare we are not contracted. Unfortunately, they expressed that you only have coverage with "in network" providers. Any services rendered at Kindbody will be considered Self Pay, and payment will be due at time of service. The new patient consultation is $300 and that will be collected upon check in." I called in to cancel my appointment and spoke to Sadie. She confirmed I was out of network. I went ahead with cancelling the appointment thinking I most have misread my insurance site. Nope. I verified on Humana that providers were in-network. I called back to question this. Sadie then let me know that they were still in-network, but they have just decided to stop taking Tricare in 2024. I communicated that this should be made clear especially since it is 3 months into the year. This is strange. Especially from a company that touts on the top of this yelp page that they offer a military discount. All in all, my time was wasted.

My concerns were ignored, i was put on a cookie cutter protocol, not told despite my frequent questions that my 'standard' protocol had been changed to a luteal phase retrieval because of high estradiol numbers at baseline signifying either a cyst or early follicle--just like I'd been concerned about. I was encouraged (read, worried about losing 7.5k$ due to prepayment that was not per their contract reimbursable through clinic cancellation) to not cancel a round that THEY should have preemptively canceled due to extremely low estradiol numbers for 6 follicles, leading to the retrieval of 1 egg and 5 empty follicles, rather than cancelling on their end and reviewing my protocol as should have been done. To have them call on the next day and act like I should be excited that one follicle fertilized normally with a sum total of .9-1.5% chance of it leading to a live birth (85% attrition funnel, 25% reduction for chance of genetic disorder, 50% attrition for sex selection--the entire reason i began IVF to begin with, and 18-23% live birth chances for those math curious) was the icing on the cake

He noticed the signs of endometriosis when no one else had. Dr. Witten ran the testing to confirm there was not another issue, and then made sure I was placed with the right Dr. to take care of my endometriosis. After my surgery he made a personal phone call (not his nurse) just to make sure I was doing ok. If we need any further treatment we will definitely return. He could have very easily performed unnecessary test and procedures for the money and did not. I am endometriosis free because his main priority was my health and getting the proper treatment. He is very direct and to the point which can come across harsh if you choose to take it that way. Instead I felt like he was incredibly informative and explained everything thoroughly. You can tell his knowledge is abundant and his experience gives him a lot of great insight. We tell anyone we come across struggling with infertility to go see him.
