If you're passing through, definitely stop in to do some tastings. Many of their wines are made from Georgia Grown muscadine grapes, with other varieties as well. They have some really unique flavors and the winery itself is breathtaking. Wines are priced for purchase around $11-15 and they have a wine club with discounts.

Unfortunately, what followed was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. From the moment we sat down, everything seemed to go wrong. Our waitress provided extremely poor service throughout the entire meal. We had to repeatedly ask for basic items such as drink refills, silverware, condiments, ice, and other necessities. Some of the things we requested never arrived at all. At one point, she overfilled our drinks and spilled sweet tea all over the table, menus, and our hands without much concern. The service only continued to deteriorate. She forgot a significant portion of our order, resulting in half of our table receiving their meals while the other half sat waiting for more than ten minutes. During that time, we were unable to get her attention because she was standing in the kitchen eating with her hands. Eventually, we had to ask another waitress about the missing food. We then overheard our waitress tell the kitchen to start making the forgotten items because they had not even been put on the grill yet. To make matters worse, we observed our waitress repeatedly touching her hair and face and then continuing to work without washing her hands. This was extremely concerning from a food safety standpoint. Afterward, she disappeared for approximately ten minutes, leaving us to rely on two other waitresses for things like refills, to-go boxes, and other basic requests. The other staff members were far more attentive than the person actually assigned to our table. Even the food itself was disappointing. I specifically ordered my eggs over easy (or "over light" as they are called here), yet both yolks were completely cooked through, which is not what I ordered. What should have been an enjoyable meal during a family visit turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. Between the poor service, forgotten food, lack of attention to basic customer needs, and serious concerns about hygiene practices, this visit left an extremely negative impression. This was, without question, the worst restaurant experience I have had in a long time. As a result, I will not be returning to this location--or any Huddle House location in the future. I also intend to contact corporate management and the local health department regarding the issues I witnessed during this visit
