I regret having to leave a review like this about a small business, as they are the backbone of America. But right is right and wrong is wrong. We originally had a sign out front of our business. A truck came in and ripped down the wire that goes out to the sign. We called Earl Daup Signs to come out and put up a new wire and a new sign. (The sign looks great by the way). We met with Gerald Daup and expressed our concern with how low the wire was. We talked and was told that they would get it up a little bit higher when they install the new one. They finished the work today 06/18/2024, and now our wire is much lower than it was before. I expressed my concern to Gerald and he said as long as its 14' then we shouldn't have a problem and that you don't want to make it too tight because that could cause issues. (I understand). But the other issue could be more people hitting our wire now and ripping it out. I called him back to let him know that it was only 10'. He said he would call his guys to find out what they think. Sure enough he called back and basically said there's nothing they can do. We are now $5450 dollars shorter for something that will be a problem again. Don't do business with this company as clearly there are empty promises and they cant back up what they say they will do. They clearly only give lip service in order to get your money. We now have to buy some caution signs saying "Danger Low Overhead Wire" but lets see how long that will last.
