He carefully explains the workout, techniques and any modification if necessary depending on your level or if you have any injuries to help avoid further injury and to get results. I love the facility which is located in Sag Harbor. It is very personal and worth every minute and $. I highly recommend Motus Crossfit as I am 50 yrs old and in pretty decent shape considering my age. Motus has helped me continue to perform at a high level in other sports I am involved in. We visited Hamptons Hot Yoga during my friend's bachelorette weekend hoping for a relaxing class. Instead, the vibes were completely off and nothing like what you'd hope to find in a yoga studio. The treatment we received from the blonde woman who seemed to be the manager or owner was awful. She was shockingly rude and dismissive toward us from the start, which set a terrible tone for the whole session. We left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Sadly, instead of being a special part of the weekend, this is the one thing we all wish we could forget.
