Literally awful. I attended this school maybe 2 years ago going on three, and the staff here seems supportive and caring, but when your parents leave its a whole different story. The have have favoritism for sure, mostly Mrs. M with the past 7th and 8th graders, so since she basically kissed their ass the 7th and 8th graders were on almost every page of our yearbook.They also sided with one girl in my grade and believed everything she said luckily if you want to put your child in the school she will be attending a different school. My parents alone spent at least 10k dollars at the school for only TWO YEARS, and we have no grass, no place for the ¨ölder¨ kids to play except a lonely basketball court, and NO LUNCH ROOM so when its cold we SOMETIMES go inside the class, but normally the tell us we are ok, honestly this school is trash and a joke,all the money goes to the chapel, not even the school so that TEN THOUSAND is gone. While I attended this school we had plays, for our school plays we would be assigned a character just like any other school, but this school has TRASH costumes, my costume was A SHIRT THATS IT A SHIRT and I know they arent poor because if their getting 10k on just my parents alone I know they can get some bomb ass costumes not over sized clothes, duct tape and cardboard.This school is also has a few weirdos, such as kids trying to kill themselves IN CLASS BY EATING PENCIL LEAD AND TRYING TO HANG THEMSELVES WHILE SITTING DOWN, while somebody tried to kill themselves we had a sub teacher and when we told her what was going on, you know what she did? thats a question because while we were there she did JACK SHIT, my dad had to call the school, so the school would call the COPS, and I forgot to mention a kid got molested there, but luckily they fired the molester but the school didnt even shut down. Worth every penny! Staff is great, they really care about every student. My oldest daughter has learned more in a year at Barstow Christian than 3 years in Barstow's public school. Her attitude is significantly better and teachers hold her accountable. Just an overall superb school! read more
