There were a couple instances where my ignorance in HVAC would have let them take advantage of me, but instead Todd and Lonnie (the owners/workers) sat me down and took some time to talk about my options so that I could maximize my savings. 5.) I am also a pretty curious guy, and while they were doing their work I would occasionally interrupt them with a bunch of questions. Whenever I did this, they kindly and intelligently explained to me exactly what "that shiny thing" does why "that pipe is bent a funny way." 6.) They cleaned up the work site. 7.)
