They spent three days working to correct all the deficiencies. They did a great job, even though they had to spend a lot of time about 10 feet or more above the stairs on a ladder. Tom even found me a lid to my downstairs toilet, and he didn't charge me for it. The lid had been broken when a cabinet fell off the wall. I was told there was an issue with the water softener and that they would contact for a service appointment. They never did. I had to reach out to them, and they have course came out to the appointment. They didn't tell me anything that they had done, left, and charged me $200. Surprise - it didn't even solve the problem. I had to wait until my new water softener was here, but I was thrilled to call and tell them to kick rocks. He was here in 10 minutes. No pressure to upgrade or replace anything, very helpful and knowledgeable , fast & friendly. I would defiantly recommend them
