Mr.Young was punctual and came with an the finest devices for inspection.He did a through outside and inside inspection.He took various pictures.He explained to me the qualities as well as the items that are to be fixed and explain the reason.He explained to me his safety concerns for the property and lack of empathy and professionalism from the contrator.He told me by law he his mandated to show me how to operate the heating system.ALL along,I had myHOUSE ON FAN INSTEAD OF HEATING AND WAS WONDERING WHY IS THE HOUSE SO COLD.MR.Young,immediately fixed the heating and told me my rights on having a WARRANTY INSPECTION.Additionally, he gave me energy cost efficient advice,preventive methods advice on how to maintain the house as well as a booklet he gives to his clients.I have gained so much knowledge as a first time buyer.He spoke to me and helped me on the steps I am to do afterwards and some of my legal right I have as a First time buyer,GCR,Warranty Inspection and more.
