What sealed the deal for us was his suggestion of additional electrical outlets for each daughter. His forward thinking was impressive. With all construction projects, dirt, dust and chaos are expected. We resigned to live that way. Dave surprised us though. A plastic door with a zipper was installed at the beginning of the demolition process. There was no dust and dirt throughout our home. We weren't constantly climbing around tools and construction materials. After each day's work, Dave cleaned up the work area. It was exciting to come home each day to see the progress and NOT see the mess. We are thankful for that alone. The project was on time and within our budget. NO SURPRISES! Dave worked with the materials we choose, which wasn't always ideal. His tile work was amazing and he even added additional shelving in the shower area. He replaced flooring and wall materials.
