RO was great as far as setting up a meeting for an estimate - they spent a good amount of time looking over the project, taking measurements, and talking details. However, they ghosted after that. I never got a quote, nor did they reply to my message following up. Not sure what's up, but this caused a delay in my project (laundry room reno and water damage drywall repairs), and seemed unprofessional. Left me wondering if they would disappear once work started if I had ended up moving forward with them. read more

Andrei tackled a remodel for us in Park Ridge. It was done in a very timely manner. He was the first to give us a proposal out of several contractors we contacted. He started the job promptly and finished ahead of schedule with excellent cleanup. The condo association has a lot of restrictions and conditions not to mention the city permits and inspections. I am writing to say how impressed I have been with my initial meeting and then follow up with Andrei to get an estimate on what I consider to be a fairly important job for us. This was for demolition and removal (and some repair to the house structure) of an attached, enclosed porch on a fixer-upper house we purchased. I was concerned about some aspects of the job. Andrei was professional and thorough, took the time to explain the issues with me and was good about follow up. That is really important to me. Besides the fact that he gave me the details in the written estimate, when I still had questions, he followed up. Again, follow up is very important to me, as the "devil is in the details" as they say. We hired RO as our General Contractor to remodel our kitchen in a luxury high rise. We had a complicated, tough project with many delays & issues. In addition to this, our high rise is very difficult to work with. Despite the challenges, Andrei got the job done. He has a great team of contractors across many expertise to get the job done. Andrei is smart, hard working, very responsive. He is a problem solver who looks at challenges as opportunities. I don't think we could have gotten this project done without him. I had hired 2 prior contractors to lay a much needed new floor in my kitchen; the first then sub-contractEd to some one else who immediately up the price by about a third; the second kept failing to show up. I hired this contractor who arrived promptly, did a beautiful job on time and at the agreed rate. when I later had an electrical emergency, again, they came on time, fixed the problem and went above to ensure the issue would not reoccur.
