That time I was lucky enough to be able to leave a message requesting it be filled today. When I went through the drive through, sat for 12 minutes with only one car ahead of me. Gave up, parked and went inside. They were just refilling it as I waited. This used to be a much better place, gotten too busy and can't handle it. Something needs to change.

I get pricing before the process the prescription so that there are no surprises. They are easy to contact by phone and email. I had get to pricing for either injectable or troche so I emailed the dosage and frequency to the general email listed on their website and in less than 30 minutes I received an email reply from the Owner/Pharmacist with all pricing details and he reaffirmed the dosage/frequency. Once a prescription is ready to ship I receive an email with a link to pay for the prescription and delivery is always included. No extra cost for their delivery. With my most recent prescription, my doctor sent the new prescription to Val Vista and on the same day I received an text to pay online using the texted link and that it was expected to be delivered the next day. Being the skeptical that I can be sometimes I didn't believe that it would be delivered by the next day. Sure enough this morning, at 7:25am, I received another text that my prescription was out for delivery. I have used three other custom pharmacies in the valley and by far this is the best for customer service, pricing and delivery.
