Our back deck had been a disaster since we moved into our house. Some told us they would only give us pricing for a new deck, others just ghosted us all together. Enter Mark Skerlec. Mark listened to our needs and then gave us a variety of options that could rectify the issues with the deck. After making our final decisions Mark quickly scheduled a date to begin his work. He was clean, he was quick, and he did incredible work. Our deck no longer sags. It no longer bounces when you walk on it. I also finally have direct access to the backyard. I received a lovely email from Vanessa at Reich offering me a $120 same day service call and that a foreman would be out in the next week or so. I called to arrange the repair and was told that Chris, the foreman, would call to make the appointment. After a month with no word, I called to make sure I was still on the schedule, Vanessa assured me I was. A few weeks later I got a voicemail from Chris which I returned within the hour stating that I could leave work early the next day to meet him at my house. No response. THAT WAS OVER A YEAR AGO. Leaving someone with a leaky roof in limbo is not only a horrible business practice but a shameful way to treat potential customers. Obviously, I used another roofer. I called that company on a Friday and they had the repair techs out to my house first thing Monday.
