My daughter and I hired DLS Contracting based on the pitch that the owner gave us about quality and…read morepunctuality. Well, the quality was horrible and they were not punctual at all. The only thing that they did quickly was to ask for the deposit, which we unfortunately paid immediately. That said, their contract stated that the job was estimated to take 5-6 days. As it turned out, they started late and finished what they considered a complete job the next day at 9:00 PM. (1.5 days to paint a 2 story 2700 sq. ft. house?) Of course, it was too dark to properly inspect the work and they demanded payment from my daughter that night. She was nervous being alone and paid them. I am a senior and live in another state and could not be there. The next morning, she found one of her tall ladders leaning up against the house for her to put away. Wouldn't you think that professional painters would have their own ladder? In any case, I am attaching pictures of what they call a finished product. As you can see, they painted right over peeled paint without scraping before. Is this the way you would expect your home to look after spending over $6,000 from a professional company? I think not!!
