In Trainmore F.Bol most (all?) the equipment allows you to increase weight in 2.5K increments. Here, many machines are restricted to 5 kilo increments. Recent renovation resulted in nice new showers and infrared Sauna (which I don't use) but did away with the soap dispenser in the shower! Can be quite crowded at 'pre-work' time (07:00 - 09:00) Plenty of lockers -bring or buy small padlock

I think it's more for people who can walk here. Downsides: Geen (no) towel service. - Locker room is stuff, no air and damp...greatly lacking in amenities. One little, nasty sink where people fill their water. The place needs some air! - Minimal bike parking. - the lockers have locks, but you need a 2-euro coin to get this bulky, non sanitary key chain to hang around your wrist? Really? Upsides; Facility is big. Has a sauna, steam room (co-ed) and the staff is nice. Nice eGym (extra cost) Music is not too loud. A great gym...wish it was a little cheaper and they had a better locker room.

I have read a 'sporty' blogger which says the following 'they have gym equipment which belongs to the 'ferrari' group :) this says enough that they really have a high end equipment. Think of every cardio a tablet in front of you where you can Skype/ Facebook/ YouTube/ check the weather and even use a simulator where you far example running or cycling over the Golden Gate bridge! Furthermore you can get a TechnoGym key to measure all your gym activities and download all these information all from the Cloud! It is really very clean and they have a glass ceiling which make the gym very open. They have great music playing through their Bose boxes, so my iPhone was this time not needed even! Next to this they have 5 different sauna's. I have tried the infrared sauna, which I have never tried it in my life.... it was a good experience though! :) They have electric lockers - so no coins or keys needed! Only thing is that they have a number on your lockers, so you need to memorize where you have put your stuff. Also they have great showers, a big drench shower to relax after the gym & sauna! Minus point is in my opinion of course the prices to be member of this luxury gym. You need to pay around 80 euro's per month, but you will get all these luxury in return. Another thing is that they do not have that many group classes. ps. they even serve SLA food for dinner and have great protein shakes!

This is mostly a gym for weight-lifters; there's a whole bunch of gear for them, but not much for other kinds of conditioning. Staff is inattentive. Hand towels for workouts are only available on request at the front desk, but the front desk is often unstaffed. I got yelled at one day for dripping sweat on the floor because I had not been able to get a hand towel at the desk. The locker room facilities are poorly maintained. First week of my membership, the locker rooms had no hot water -- only cold showers after your workout. Sinks in the men's locker room didn't drain, so if you shaved or washed, the water just sat there. This went on for more than a week as well. There are plenty of other gyms in town, including nice ones in the same neighborhood. Strongly recommend you look elsewhere. They're glad to take your money but don't care about your experience.

The gym itself is very nice and has a lot of equipment and classes. However the saleswoman Noor is…read moreterrible, very flippant, not at all helpful, basically doesn't seem like she wants to do her job at all. Specifically I showed up with a friend who had done a tour the week before and I wanted to use the wellness area. I had a tote bag purse that was obviously not full and she stated that I could not wear a swimsuit, as if I should have come in fully nude (I was in work out clothes) I already knew this and said ok. The website states over and over that this is an all inclusive club, it also mentions towels and robe service which I assumed was included. I wasn't offered during the above conversation to rent a robe or towels. I also wasn't offered a tour of the facilities. I went upstairs to the locker room (that my friend told me where they were not the sales person) and took 10 minutes trying to figure out the lock, when I was finally successful, I wandered around trying to locate towels and robes, they weren't there. I went back down the stairs and stood at the front desk so I could ask someone, the first employee didn't really understand what I meant, she was very polite and tried but asked me to wait while she got Noor. I stood out there another couple minutes and eventually Noor moseyed out with her freshly made cup of coffee (because customers should always wait for employees to do personal things), I asked for a Robe and Towels, she looked at me like I was an Alien from another planet, so I repeated myself. She notified me that towels and robes could be rented in a very snotty way, didn't offer to rent them to me, didn't tell me what the rental price was. I unfortunately also was very annoyed at this point as she seemed to be going out of her way to be unhelpful and replied that isn't what the website said and also isn't "all inclusive". To be fair the website can be taken both ways but she could've been polite. So I went back to the locker room, grabbed my bag and went back downstairs and sat in the lobby for about 30ish minutes while my friend finished up. We went to join up, she asked how our time was I responded with Terrible, I was ignored. My friend grabbed the paperwork because overall the facility was very nice and we figured we would never have to speak to her again. We sat down to fill out the paperwork and after about 15 minutes she came back over and in what I'm sure she thought was a huge display of generosity said for that this 1 time only she could give us free robes and towels, keep in mind this was 45 minutes later from when I originally asked for them. I said no I didn't want them, I was hungry and wanted to leave. She then started to offer again and I stated that she should have offered them when I asked. She then told me that it was my fault because I didn't give her a chance to. I guess sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes didn't give her a chance or when we went for the papers 15 minutes before or I dunno offering to rent them to us in the very beginning or being nice instead of rude when I actually asked. We would have happily paid for a robe and towel rental, we would have totally signed up but telling a customer that they are responsible for the employees bad behavior by the employee is a major deal breaker. So they lost 140 eur a month in membership fees.
