I wanted to work with a local vendor instead of a big box store because I want to support local business but this was a huge mistake on my part. I reserved tables, chairs and a tent (with lighting) IN JANUARY for my wedding that took place this past weekend. I called about a month out from my wedding to confirm details as far as delivery, set up, take down, etc and did not hear back until I requested a new inquiry for an event. When they did finally get back to me (via email not phone call as I requested) they said they would CALL me the Monday before delivery (FRIDAY) to arrange it all. They also decided at this point to tell me the lighting for my tent is not an option anymore due to insurance issues and they would refund me for it (still have yet to receive that refund). I never received a phone call on that Monday. I called and left 2 voicemails, sent an email and never heard back all week. I finally get an email on Thursday evening (delivery should be friday) stating that they will deliver EITHER Friday between 5pm and 9pm or Saturday between 7am and 9am...mind you my wedding is Saturday and I've made it clear I needed delivery Friday. They never called to confirm which delivery they would be doing and just showed up at my venue without notifying me. They never spoke to me before, during or after they set up. We were undecided if we would use the side paneling so they did leave those if we wanted to put them up ourselves which we did since it was very windy. They did not leave any stakes to help secure the paneling which was whipping around. Luckily we had a family member who had some. While setting up our tables we noticed there were several that were dirty. My sister called and left a voicemail telling them this and no one reached back out to her. After events all tables and chairs should be cleaned and not just sent off to the next event. They ALSO "upgraded" our tables without notifying me because they were out of the size I ordered so none of my tablecloths fit properly. To top it all off we were told that they would pick up the equipment Monday morning at 9am...they showed up at 7:30am Sunday morning (without notifying me or anyone) which was highly inconvenient for the venue owner. All in all I would avoid this company for your event unless you want added stress, lack of communication and extra worries that you do not need at an already hectic day.
