Closed on a house recently via email. I had a few questions and called them and left a message. I talked to my Real Estate agent to see if she could help, she didn't know the answer but also called them and they never called back. I sent back the notarized documents anyway, after I did the best to make sense of what they needed.
Then the lady calls me the next morning griping at me because I didn't do something correctly and I said I took my best guess because you never called me back. She then stated she did but I never answered. I check my call logs and she never did.
So I again fill out the papers with then new info, get them notarized and mailed back. This is about a 90 minute chore ans $24 expense each time.
The house closed and they did not notify me or my agent, I only found out by checking my bank account and seeing the proceeds deposited. No call, no Email, nothing from them. They did their job, yes, but caused a delay of a house sale because they wouldn't call me back to answer a simple question. read more
