I really love this place!! * I always go here for milkshakes or cones/bowls! I also tend to try a different flavor of ice cream every time I go! * They always have unique and delicious flavors and just about anything can be made into a milkshake or pretty much any form they got lol! * I also live within walking distance from this place and it's a good place to stop while taking my pets out. * Staff is always friendly and nice to me when I go in, they are always quick and use good customer service skills. The place is bit on the old side. You can definitely tell it's been there a long time. The staff is always very friendly. The ice is always good. My favorite thing to get is a custom cappuccino blast. read more

I almost don't know where to start. I guess the fact that the open sign was off even though it was 8:15. The chairs were up on the tables and one of the employees was sweeping. We walked in right in front of her, the other employee was behind the counter. No greeting, no acknowledgement...we walked to the counter and looked in the coolers at the ice cream. I first noticed all of the ice buildup around the top of both freezers. Then I really started looking at the ice cream. Still no eye contact, no acknowledgement from the girl behind the counter or the one sweeping, not even a "can I help you?" The ice cream looked old and freezer burned. I looked at the menu up on the wall and the prices. I looked at the girl behind the counter looking down ignoring us and at the girl sweeping and the old sad pathetic ice cream. Then I turned to my husband and said, "let's go to Dairy Queen". We left. They really don't deserve one star. I honestly don't know how they are still in business. read more

I would rate it zero for customer service! Legit just went in to get some dessert to go along with our pizza and grabbed an ice cream cake, the price said 23.99$ (not even tripping on prices was just what happened next!) we get to the register and the lady rings it up and it says 25.99(the lady must have been new because she was getting helped by the so called manager.) so she looked at her manager and said the box says 23.99? The manager replies "oh it Um must have been a mistake," I chime in saying the other boxes say the same thing. And she says "no it's 25.99$" I say "oh it's fine, 2$ isn't gonna hurt me." With a smile on my face. We pay, we go to leave and we hear the manager say "damn these cheap people trying to save money!" Excuse me? It was a discrepancy on your boxes either done by you or your coworkers. I was just making an observation and paid for it anyways! Your rude and I won't be back to support this location! We just experience possibly the worst customer service we have ever experienced. After my daughter took a drink of her milkshake she said it had no taste. I tried it only to find that it was nothing but milk and very little ice cream. We took it back in and told the girl working behind the counter about it. She said (with an attitude),"I can't help you". I asked for our money back. She said, "no you already took a drink of it". After telling her we won't bother ever coming back she told us,"that's fine I don't care if you ever do". Asked her name and she gave me a different name than on her name tag. Asked if the name Kayla wasn't her correct name. Well you get the point..... Said, "She's the owners niece" ! My family and I have been going here for over 40 years. This Ice Cream for real be Bussin Bussin. I got me an Oreo Layered Sunday and let me tell you hunny that it was so good I almost had an orgasm. At first the worker, I think her name is Maddie, had an attitude but then her coworker, whose name tag said Happy, did a phenomenal job. Friendly staff! Just everything you would expect from a baskin Robbins. Located right next to a papa johns, so it's kind of dangerous if you're going for just one or the other, you might find yourself getting both! My favorite flavor is still Jamoca almond fudge, but there are free samples (I think it's standard everywhere). Enjoy! read more

Tonight was my last trip to Baskin-Robbins. My sister ordered a cup of cookies and cream and I got a small shake. When I tasted it I told my sister something is wrong it's tastes like someone sanitized my shake before they gave it to me but hers tasted just fine. So we went back through the drive through and they said sorry we can't remake you a shake unless you pay for another one because we can not give away ice cream unless there was a hair in it. So 20 minutes down the road my stomach starts hurting from only taking a couple drinks. So tonight they lost one of their regular customers. read more
