This has become my go-to ice cream spot. Every flavor I've tried has been rich, creamy, and…read moredelicious. The flavors are refreshing, and the quality is consistently great. The staff are friendly and understand English if needed. Even when there's a long line, it moves quickly, so you're never waiting too long. Not only is ALL the ice cream excellent, but it's also a great place to grab an affogato after a meal. Being able to choose the ice cream flavor to pair with your espresso is a nice touch. It's a small corner shop, a grab-and-go spot, but that's part of its charm. If you're looking for a great dessert, this place is definitely worth a stop.

This shop is kid friendly, has plenty of lactose free options and their staff is extremely welcoming. The owner, Oli can often be found walking around and is happy to introduce herself to anyone who visits. She first gave my husband a sample of a different ice cream (as he was feeding our baby ) because the option he had contained too much sugar for our little one. On a separate occasion I casually mentioned she had changed her flavors and my favorite, dulce de leche, was no longer available. She took the time to explain that due to the high temperatures, it didn't do as well and that people preferred water based gelato at that time, she asked me to let her know next time I'd come by. I didn't but thanked her for her kindness. To my surprise, the next time I visited [I have to admit I visited daily during my Rota stay] she had made a special batch of Dulce de leche JUST FOR ME, and she told her staff that if I asked for it, it was hidden in the freezer -not on display- so I could get some. There are thousands of people going in and out of this shop, and somehow, I was made feel like I was cared for in such a special way. Ambiance wise, it is an upbeat, extremely clean shop (check their bathrooms out!), with a modern twist to it. Do yourself a favor and stop by one of their locations!

So glad she did. They were still baking stuff for the afternoon opening but they had carrot cake, lemon cake and macarons available to eat. We got all that we could sample and our sweet tooths were overjoyed. My friend ordered one of their special drinks and she asked Gloria to surprise her. They made her a pumpkin spice latte and she enjoyed it! The cakes were delicious. Not too sweet and just right amount of ratios! It has a lot of seating inside as well as a small kids area for them to play in. We will definitely be coming back to this place.
