I'm not sure what they did. I had a move in/move out clean for a house I leased recently, and I was…read morevery unsatisfied. They left food and sticky under the stove on the kitchen floor and in the laundry room, hair and dirt and nasty all over the floor in the bathrooms. The baseboards never got wiped, the fans were never dusted, cobwebs in corners, mildew in the tub, glass patio door never got cleaned. So, I called them up and the lady on the phone was very pleasant (the only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1) and sent a crew back out this morning. So my husband goes out to check on the work they did this time and all he could tell was done is they vacuumed the carpets that we're getting replaced anyways and wiped the fans(poorly). He calls them back and explained that it didn't get done properly STILL. So she sends out the same crew for a third time. He walks them around and shows them what they missed. At one point he showed one of the girls a sticky part on the floor and the girl gets an attitude and says "I mopped that floor. We don't do grout." But as she says this, the other woman kicks it up with her foot. Mind you, this is a sticky spot on the tile with dirt or junk not grout. Oh and the best part is, the only cleaning equipment they brought with them was a Swiffer! The girls kept looking at him basically cleaning the house himself and he got fed up with them just watching him and awaiting instructions on what to do next so after they swiffered the floor, he sent them home. We spent the next few hours cleaning what they should have cleaned! I sprayed kaboom on the tile in the bathroom, waited 10 minutes and wiped it away and the "grout" disappeared...oh but that was too hard( yeah probably if your only cleaning equipment is a Swiffer) he wiped all of the baseboards with a magic eraser and they looked almost new. For what we paid, we expected a thorough cleaning. Instead, we ended up on our hands and knees cleaning a half-assed job. It felt like none of them had cleaned a day in their lives.

Very dissapointed... it appeared that the team that was sent, each guy had a section of the house to clean and probably one of them did a half assed job just based on our observation because half the rooms appeared to have extensive clean work while the rest looked unfinished. Will NOT recommend to anyone!
