Not only did they find another major issue behind our kitchen sink which was rotting way the sub floor of our home from an excessive leak from the kitchen sink that had been ongoing for years. But they We're able to stop our driveway from flooding by putting a temporary pump In play so I did not have to go out and siphon the entire driveway so our house wouldn't. They also found out the reason the wine seller was flooding was because a valve was stuck and they simply replaced the mechanism and installed it so that it could rain and not flood my house . It only took them 2 hours To make the diagnosis and to fix the issues. They explained in layman's terms what was happening so that I could understand it and did not try to gauge me they were so honest and did not waste a moment of my time. I would highly recommend affordable plumbing for both the mountain area and anywhere else you they are honest, Johnny-on-the-spot and very communicative. I sent him pictures of my plumbing leak (installed by a general contractor last year, so it was new) and he was able to see the problem. The other contractor did not install the plumbing to code, left the pea-trap out, and basically jury-rigged the whole thing. The provide quotes that are $10,000-$25,000 and tells you that's the only thing you can do at this point. All 3 times we called for second opinion and got it solved for few hundred dollars. I would highly recommend people to stay away from this company they aren't trustworthy and their business models is to sell new component even when repair is possible and much much cheaper

I had this company come out to fix an issue with my unit not generating heat. They didn't have the…read moreparts and said they were going to order them and the total cost was going to be $2,281. I found out all the parts required cost A TOTAL of $370 and took about 30 minutes to install. Before I went to install them myself, I found that the unit wouldn't turn on at all anymore and that the breaker had been removed and never replaced. When I put the breaker back, the unit turned on immediately and was extremely weak and flowed little to no air, which was not the original issue. This issue was never written up in the original report and the parts that were ordered would not solve this airflow issue in any way. according to other HVAC professionals. The fact that the breaker was left out tells me the technician realized that was the only way to get the unit to stop running. Obviously this new issue was created with whatever work had been done by the technician. (Mistakes happen, not upset about that) I called to see if they would come out to fix the problem they had caused at no charge and they said no. Not only is it outrageous to charge almost $2000 for 30 minutes of work but to not hold your company accountable to fix new issues that they have created is unacceptable. I was told the quote of $2,281 for the work and parts require was outrageous by an HVAC technician in the Bay Area, that should tell you something...
