It all started with that one restaurant in Luleå and after that it pretty much all went haywire, and these Bastards are well on their way on creating a brand new franchise! If they succeed time will tell, but what I can tell you is that their most recent restaurant in the heart of Piteå doesn't disappoint.
Walking in there's no doubt that you're in a BB-joint. The cold stone floor, tiled counters, and quite obscure patch work on the walls ranging from tiles, to untreated plywood and more. It's just really cool and hip. Almost a bit hipster to be honest. This particular location is more open than perhaps their first restaurant in Luleå, and I really like what they've done with the place. This burger paired with the ever so tasty sweet potato fries and an aioli dip is all you need to fall head first into burger heaven.
I may sound over the moon in my description here, but the burgers and sides are really that good and I don't mind paying more money for local ingredients cooked absolutely perfect. And truthfully? My previous burger favorite New York now has to share the #1 spot with Texas. Next time, I'm heading for L.A.! read more
