Correspondence was terrible and when they finally responded, they said that they'd give me a refund and fix the screen for free. Only when I went to pick up my laptop the screen was plastic and not glass and the screen was lightly stuck on but would fall off but when I asked them to give me a glass screen and a functioning laptop, I had had enough of the games and left. Do yourself a favour and do not use the business for anything, they are not worth the trouble or the money. Dodgy is all their about.

My Sony Vaio Z needed a fan replacement. Not only did Battech provide a competitive price and a 3 month warranty, they were also very quick and have a great professional attitude. When you talk with them you'll know that these guys know their shit. Called up other places for quotes nobody else could provide a quote or turn-around time because my laptop is quite rare. All everyone else could say was that I bring it in and that my laptop was one of the most complicated to repair. Not the case here. Emailed about 1am, got a reply at 7am same morning. Brought it in and they knew exactly what needed to be done. I had to bring my laptop back a second time as I didn't provide the Windows password for them to fully test it the first time (My laptop has a graphics stamina and speed mode which can be tested when logged in). They called back about 3 hours later and told me it was fixed! No cost because it was under warranty. Unlike other places, these guys treat warranty repairs like new customers and get to work straight away! Same exceptional service, no BS. Highly recommended! read more

Thank you for getting my laptop repaired before Christmas, so much appreciation here. Recommend these guys highly, I had a major hardware failure and was going on extended leave but needed my laptop while away. This is only 2 days before Christmas and I could see how busy they were, but they managed to get me up and running again at a very fair price and excellent service. After conducting some of my own amateurish troubleshooting without any success, Bat Tech were able to resolve my faulty laptop issue promptly, efficiently and relatively cheaply. Having not backed everything up i was concerned that much valuable data could be lost. All was rectified within a two day turnaround (as parts were required to be ordered). When my iphone was extensively water damaged at a debaucherous uni party, i had all but lost hope on prospects of a repair. Bat tech provided a repair in under 2 days, for less than half the price of an apple OOW repair, and three months later my iphone is still working fine, could not be more satisfied. read more

A bit hidden upstairs but worth the find. Was very happy with my Macbook fix, Apple quoted me over $1K these guys got it done for $300 with all data preserved and fully working system. Took a few days as they mentioned and no credit card surcharge so overall was an easy process. read more

The first time was a mother board issue. They recommended I call AppleCare, and Apple Care covered the entire fix even though the laptop was out of warranty. Talk about a solid relationship with an authorized service center. The line has never been more than 5 people so this is ultra convenient. The 2nd and 3rd time my computer wouldn't turn on for rather unknown reasons. They ran diagnostics and reset my PRAM, SCM, and something else I've forgotten the name of. Always worked and wasn't charged. Way helpful and I would highly recommend this place to any Apple user.
