Unless you are a big account, they hand you from one account manager to another, and when they don't communicate to each other and something goes wrong, they tell you its your problem and not theirs!! We paid hundreds of dollars for one sample, which they don't even bother cutting for you!! They make you pay the full amount upfront and then when you are done they will send you additional invoices even if it didn't turn out right and then if you don't pay they threaten you with debt collectors!! DONT GO TO CARBON8, there are a bunch of good printers out there! Go somewhere else!!

So when I phoned the same number his son Jess said no problem, he was in the area and would come straight away. . So when he didnt arrive at the time designated, he phoned to say he had been delayed with another job. So he arrived another hour later. He announced that the problem could either be solved with silicon spray or else new hinges, but the new hinges would cost about $200 and there was no guarantee that the part of the oven they had to be attached to was not bent as well. This could have been explained to me over the phone, but Jess was too anxious to jump into his car to charge a service call. He asked if there was any other job he could assist me with!!!! (of course not) then I was charged $192.50 . His father built a great business but I doubt Jess will survive.

This cute little unknow printers is directly across from Broadway shopping centre. Its run by 4 university friends who have a passion for graphics and paper. What's so wonderful is they're really care and they're willing to go beyond the call of duty all the time! They get my tick of approval - their costs are fair and their service excellent.

Which was a first for 'self-service' do it myself copying (which I am hopeless at! eeek - technology and me don't go well). Service with a smile is the hallmark of any passionate business. And I found On Time Printing for my stack of photocopies a nice find. And in Crows Nest too - my local village shopping precinct. The humongous office franchises like Officeworks may be cheaper - and I have enjoyed doing business with Officeworks but now they have closed down their Artarmon operation I was left high and dry. Pal my husband suggested I shop locally and try out his fave photocopying haunt On Time. In an effort to try to shrink my ecological footprint and not drive to try to save $2 and also to support small local businesses I'm recommending and going back to On Time Printing.

I might be wrong, but I think I might have seen one of the products before on ebay for a fairly low price - meaning that this may not be a great place to buy goods, as they may be cheap imported goods that are marked up. I had a look at mice, and there were a few available at various prices -I get the feeling it's a place to go when you just want something now, and you don't mind paying $10 extra to get it, and with computers, that's a common perspective.
