Whoever invented their Lavender Chamomile Pillow Spray deserves a raise! That spray makes me beyond Drunk Happy! So happy in fact I can not use it as a pillow spray because it makes me so excited I would never fall asleep:) However I love it as a personal spray on my clothes to calm the animals I work with and I spray the dog beds in the kennels and it seems to calm the dogs! This scent has done wonders on my escape artist foster dog so I also purchased their wall plug-in! So far so good and I come home to wonderful smelling house! I always have their Apple scented PocketBac in my pocket to sanitize between dogs at the shelter and people always comment on the pleasant scent. When I get home I love to unwind to their Eucalyptus Spearmint scented candle! Yes, I am a Fan! read more

Ok, so I'm not much of a Bath and Body Works junkie like I used to be back in the day when I frequented the mall. As a matter of fact, I try to avoid the mall whenever possible. Well hey! Lookie here! A Bath & Body Works outside a mall, with ample close parking, a shopping center full of everything. Yep- I find myself exclusively at this Bath & Body Works location. The store is smaller than your typical mall store, but it still has all the nice-smelling goodness in there. The staff is helpful and willing to give you assistance when you need it and leave you be when you don't. There's always something on sale. Some sales require bundling quantities before getting discounts, but I figure it is a good one-stop shop for birthdays & other gift-giving parties for people who like smelly stuff. So if you're looking for a lower key smelly-stuff store, this is your location. Quiet, clean, fresh, freaking great-smelling... Yep. I'd have to say I'm a fan. read more

Okay, I don't really like their body washes, but I love their soaps, candles, and home scents. However, my rating is with THIS store specifically. It's small, so they don't have half of the scents I'm used to. Nor do they have very many testers out. I came in for 5 things I needed. I only left with one. It gets a plus for not being in a mall. I refuse to shop at mall locations, unless they're flagship stores. That's a very different story. Random story: In line to check out, the single dude in front of me tells the associate that his New Years' resolution was to not stink anymore. I looked at my boyfriend, and told the dude, OUT LOUD, that that shouldn't be a resolution, and I was seriously concerned that hadn't been a concern all his life. He hated me. Guess my resolution to cut plastic out of my life was dumb. read more

I can't stand when people call this store "BBW." All I can think of is a seedy craigslist ad looking for Big, Beautiful Women. It's creepy and I don't like it. And, this place is wicked smelly. I love this store. They have the best smelling stuff. There are always having sales, like buy 3 get 3 free or buy 4 for $18. I stopped by here today to get items for my family for Xmas. I was looking for a certain scent my mother in law likes. The employee informed me they took the scent off the market in August, but it would be back on Dec. 26. Well that doesn't work for me as I wanted it for Xmas. Oh well, not her fault. She was very nice and friendly and gave me suggestions as to what smelled the closest to what I was looking for. The store was clean, nicely set up for the holidays. I will keep coming back to this location. ;) read more

Gotta have scents for the house!! I love the different smells and scents when I walk in here...and know exactly what I want. Recently they discontinued Carribean Salsa, which was my fav, so I've been trying different scents, and there's plenty to choose from. Now I'm stuck on cranberry pear pellini, cranberry woods and carribean escape...all great scents for the man!!. It's nice when a lady friend walks in your place and luvs the smell good...lol. I love bath and body works! I mean what woman does not?! This particular location is so convenient for me as it is across the street from my work and right by central market and the movie theatre, which makes it so easy for me to whip in and pick up my favorites. I try to only go in about every 6 months or so and usually drop 70 bucks evertime, but some how I find my self here about every 4 months I think. My fiance knows too if I go in what I am coming out with. I use the body cream, body wash, hand soap and wallflowers. I recently started using the aromatherapy lotions which I am loving! I also buy my fiance's cologne here. We love love the C.G. Bigelow mint soap and lotion! Both of us! One thing that I love about this location too is the customer service and quality of the employees. There is one woman I believe is a manager who recognizes me and she is able to recall previous conversations she and I had. Every employee here has been great to me. They also will give you suggestions if you need them. Overall I am a big fan of bath and body works and this is my store! read more

My daughter , 3 year old grandson, and I visited this location on Sat. 11/27. My grandson had to go pee pee and of course they wait till the last minute to tell you and was dancing around. We asked one of the sales clerks if he could please use their restroom and she said she had to check. He is still dancing around and she comes back and says no that it is for employee's only. So we asked again he is 3yrs old. She said no employee's only. This is a strip mall so my daughter ran out with him. I stood for a few minutes with my hands full of product and decided to ask for the manager who was on the phone. I waited for a minute and handed her my stuff. Told her to tell her manager that I and my daughter will never buy another product and I would fill out a complaint on line. Just horrible customer service. read more
