I usually have a good experience in this store but the employee stocking by the sink was very disrespectful and rude. I had sprayed the peeps vanilla mist and my husband saw her making a stank face at me behind my back and then at him. He asked her if they aren't to be sampled and she said they are, I just don't like the smell. Okay. Well you are going to encounter that in your line of work. Fix your face and don't be rude! Came here to redeem my free gift. There were 2 female associates standing at the door. I told them what I was there for and they asked how much was the coupon for and I told them. They pointed to which section I could get my free gift from and continued their personal conversation. I looked around for a few minutes and then proceeded to the cash register. I waited for over 5 minutes because they were so engulfed in their conversation. I had to walk to the front of the store to let them know I was ready. By the time I went back to the register there was another customer already there so again I had to wait. I love the store but the customer service needs work. read more

On April 7, 2024 after church, I had went to this Bath and Body Works. Today, was the last day, for the big sale, My foot and hand was already hurting, but their attendant whom, work their carried my cart, helped me get all my Mother's Day Gifts and as well carried my purse. I didn't get her name, was a black lady, I know she has a son, because she picked out some airwick fresheners, she said " she uses for her son room" It was, a blessing, to have her, helping me, on Sunday, she was a Angel! read more

It is good and bad about this place . When you have coupons always ask if all the coupons are applied to order because two times recently I had to return back to straighten it out or return it if they can't fix my issue. Some managers know what they doing some don't . read more

This is my go-to location when I need Bath and Body Works products for myself or a gift. Located near the Trussville Walmart, parking can be tricky and limited depending on the time you arrive. But once you're inside you'll find a plethora of bath accessories and delicious smelling candles! And there's always a sale, so no worries there. You never ACTUALLY pay the price on the bottle! Great customer service - handing you a bag when you walk in and asking if there's anything they can help with. read more

The store was clean, well organized, easy to navigate. It's located at the mall in Trussville and relatively easy to find. I think we will definitely come back here. As I said in my review of the other location in Trussville, this type of place isn't my normal go to store. Not very many manly products here - but it is great for buying candles, body wash, etc - the things that all the ladies (wife, mother, aunt, etc) in your family will love. The staff are very helpful. The store almost always has a good sale. I'm sure I'll be back next time a birthday or holiday is coming up! read more

I know that some of you smartasses will feign shock and awe when I suggest that we care about personal hygiene back here in the South. Shut yer trap and listen up: this outpost of Bath and Body Works has the BEST after-Christmas sales EVAR. They carry the Henry Bendel candle line, Bigelow lip gloss, and lots of gift ideas for that person on your shopping list who you don't know well enough to buy anything but flowery antibacterial soap for. This year, I got just such a gift from a friend of my mothers: a travel size soap, hand cream, and foot scrub along with a little stuffed bear, all packaged in a miniature glass bathtub that weighs about 5 pounds and will no doubt be used to club matthew capital r during a heated argument once I've returned to SF. If they were funny and cool before, that bathtub just earned them a big, fat USEFUL. Watch out, honey! read more

This location is so so ... it's located in the Walmart shopping center ... down the sidewalk from Buffalo Wild Wings ... the employees at this location all seemed to be in a hurry ...
