This is my local store. My go to for gifts for friends and myself. I have not been there for a while but I received some coupons and off I went. The store is clean beautiful with all kinds of pretty displays. A white barn connected. I started off looking for one particular item and couldn't find it. Strange usually there are an abundance of sales staff to help helping me to select $100 at least of product. This day only the staff member at the register was available. I inquired about my search and was told that it is no longer made and hasn't been for a long time. Frustrated that the item wasn't available I looked on. But alas there were too many new things around I was overloaded. I handed my coupons to the last lady on line and left. I will try to come back in the Christmas season when there are more helpful staff members available so I can rediscover this delightful beautiful product. Never had a problem before. Bath and Body Works is one of my favorite stores and this location lives up to it's reputation. Well stocked, beautifully presented display tables with all the wonderful fragrances of the season with customer favorites in body washes, lotions, body sprays and hand sanitizers. I love the concept of trying things out before I buy it so I am so happy they have a sink where you can try different hand soaps and lotions and sample bottles through out the store. They have a new shape of the hand sanitizer bottle and new holders to go with it. So cute! I have the new Koala Bear holder and it has fuzzy ears! This location has The White Barn ( a sister company I'm sure) right next to it that has the Bath and Body Works candles and room fragrances. Both stores are clean and beautifully decorated and the staff is visible, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. An extra added bonus is joining the Bath and Body Works club and you will receive offers for special priced merchandise and upcoming sales. Great store in a great location that has very good customer service! I love shopping here! read more

Stopped by here today because there was a sale and I was in the area. All of the people that helped me were so helpful and kind and the store was in stock for everything I was looking for. Unfortunately, one sales associate disturbed our whole experience. The store was PACKED and a murmur of voices and music like a typical busy store... this associate SCREAMED at the top of her lungs for shoppers to get their soaps today because today is the only day of the year they will be $2.50. She yelled for maybe a minute straight! It was so ridiculous and clearly irritated everyone. I looked at the screaming sales associate and she showed no remorse for obviously scaring and irritating everyone who was peacefully shopping. Her response was shrugging and saying "well it's true." I know families with small children and sleeping babies were terribly annoyed, and so was I. She should probably have some sort of disciplinary action and told that she shouldn't do that ever again. read more
