Do not use this business if customer service is important to you. On 9/4 I ordered some flowers to…read morebe delivered that day. I tried to call no less than 5 times to place an order "in person". Each time I got a recording. The last time I left a phone # to call me back but never got a phone call. I decided to order online since it was getting late. The website stated if the order is placed by 2 pm, then most likely it will be delivered same day. My confirmation email noted a time of 1:03 pm. The flowers were never delivered. Someone then emailed me late that night and said the order did not come through until 2:43 pm. Needless to say, I got a refund, but my point is that all this could have been avoided if the phone had been answered in the first place. Poor customer service.
