The associate who assisted me was very friendly and knowledgeable! I was assisted by either Lexi or Desirae, but unfortunately, I did not get the associate's name! I only know the names from calling the store and asking the associate who answered the phone & asking her. At any rate, I purchased the hair color and some other items and also asked a few questions about products and how they work, etc. My questions were answered. I was very happy with my experience there. I have been there before and have always been treated well. I highly recommend this store!

Make sure you read your receipt and ask if something is returnable before you purchase it. And no one should have to put up the harrassment from disgruntled customers.
