I went to the JCP store in Madison - East Towne Mall to request an exchange of the product, considering that it had only been 4 days and was not misused. Considering that I did not adhere to the warranty plan, so they refused to exchange the product or cancel the sale. This was the worst service I have ever received as a customer. They sell a product of poor quality, and when you just ask to exchange the product, they ignore you and don't treat you the way a customer should be treated. I don't recommend buying anything from this store; they don't put the customer first, which shows how bad the company is, in addition to having products of poor quality, especially gold jewelry. Be careful when deciding to purchase anything at one of the JCP stores. Look for other, more serious stores that recognize the value of a customer. Remember, you will only understand what I'm saying when you need customer service.

The clerk never asked my phone number for the rewards program, which was always pretty worthless...but I don't pay for it anymore. But at least I received coupons for 15 % off...though I couldn't understand why it couldn't be automated. How many times did I forget to bring or use that coupon? I haven't seen one of those coupons since their reward program became free. But the cherry on top....They don't provide bags anymore and do I want to purchase a bag? WTF??
