I have been buying from this Bath & Body Works store since I was in high school...and I still am! I can't resist their awesome fragrances and great quality sprays and lotions...and when their Semi-Annual Sales roll around, I just HAVE to get in on the great deals...who can argue with 75% off!?!?! I have a ton of their products, and have been super happy with just about everything I've purchased here...like another Yelper mentioned, the product quality is way better than any other brand you can find...I will definitely continue to buy from Bath & Body! One great thing I've noticed in recent years is they are bringing their old favorites back from time to time...like Cucumber Melon. That was one of my favorites as a kid, and for a while I couldn't find it at all! Recently they have brought it back, and actually just the other day while I was there it was 50% off!! Really happy about that, and I'm hoping they will continue to stock it! Pearberry and Sweet Pea are other oldies-but-goodies, and not too long ago I was able to find those as well. Lastly I really like their Christmas scents, like Winter Candy Apple, which I was happy to discover was 75% off when I went there the other day! Score!! I don't think I've EVER been in here when I don't buy something, there's always one thing or another I can't live without. The prices are great, and on top of everything the staff is always super sweet and accommodating, and usually the check-out line goes quickly, even if the store is packed...a solid 5-star win for Bath&Body! Bath & Body Works - Semi annual sale! - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Medford, Oregon

Ok, yes I admit it- I'm totally addicted to Bath & Body Works. I shop heavily during the two semi annual sales because shower gels for $3.00 and antibacterial hand wash for the same- why not?! The grocery store stuff is more expensive than that and it doesn't work as well. So today's haul was $105 and I got the best deals. I had my $10 off $40 coupon too. I have to buy some of the older signature scents online only- but they ship fast and have great customer service too. This store in the Rogue Valley Mall has been remodeled and is very well kept. The store manager is Lisa and she is amazing at her job. She keeps a tight ship as far as I can see and the staff works well. They are friendly and offering mesh bags to hold my stuff I want to buy. It's just a good store. If you've had something negative happen there- just let Lisa know and she will take care of you. During the different holidays throughout the year I buy the seasonal flavors like the pumpkin spices or peppermint candy etc- I like the spring scents too cuz their always floral types. The reason I buy the shower gel from Bath and Body Works is that I'm not allergic to any of them there. The conditioners they put in it don't dry my skin and I enjoy the aromatherapy on several types too. I can only use B&BW or Victoria's Secret. Neither bother my skin like the grocery store kinds do. So I guess you can see I definitely give this store a 5 for sure. Great customer service and great deals. If you get online and have them send you coupons, you can save throughout the year too! read more

I used to love bath and body and spent way more money than I probably should.Lately I have become so frustrated with their coupons today was buy any item $10 pr more get a free gift up-to $13.50 three times we tried to use this coupon everything was excluded for one reason or another .We just left and purchased nothing . read more

This is one of the better run Bath & Body Works I've seen. I have so many products from this store and stop in all the time. What makes this one especially great is one employee, named Crystal. I assume she is the manager, because she is great. She is never in a bad mood, she's always helpful, and always asks if I'm finding everything okay. She'll even offer to check me out on a mobile device so I don't have to wait in line, or give me a call back if a product I'm looking for comes in. The other employees are great too, but I see Crystal working often and she's the one I remember most. read more
