So I'm writing my review following a change in ownership. Previously, I have really enjoyed browsing the selection and I've had some really neat finds amidst all of the antiques. Now, so far at least, the vendor stalls have morphed from antique, unique stuff curated from various times and places, into a cheap, rustic farmhouse craft store vibe and a lot of the stuff they're selling is low quality and so highly priced. I picked up a small cherub figure that was identical to my plaster one I had broken and it was made of a horrifyingly cheap plastic material, AND it was over three times as expensive as my previous one. Overall disappointing shift in vendors thus far. Obviously, a subjective opinion on taste, but it felt a bit tacky and I will not be stopping in if it continues down this route. If you're looking for collectibles and antiques, you may have better luck elsewhere. The new room that opened up is cool, though. More of that would be nice! read more

Great experience @ Collectors Market in Medford, OR. ! Take a leisurely stroll through this interesting and vast market! I spent about an hour and a half wandering down every aisle of this place and had a blast. The Collectors Market is very organized, clean, and spacious. The items are clearly marked, reasonably priced, and a lot of vendors even have their goods on sale. The gentlemen volunteering in the back of the store by the parking lot was friendly. There were some ladies who were setting up display areas and interacted with customers graciously. When I made it to the front of the Market, I noticed there was a bathroom and I politely asked the staff member if I could use the facilities. She was very receptive and invited me to place my newly found treasures in the designated holding area. I continued my journey of discovery, and by the time I was ready to check out, there was a sign at the counter that read they prefer cash. So FYI and I'm glad I had some. I feel good about my purchases, what a deal, and a great way to spend an afternoon! Thank you. read more

Great place to shop. We were there for quite awhile since it was our first time. We checked out every aisle and every booth for some amazing stuff. We found what we came for. Some booths had sale up to 40% off. It was nice. read more

I've been in here a few times, and there are a lot of very cool items to be found. That said, vendors should know they are losing customers at the register, and potential customers should know that they should not expect any kind of enthusiastic/proactive assistance from the folks at the counter. I found a wonderful piece of furniture here that someone had restored and was exactly what I was looking for. However, I didn't have a way of transporting it, so I asked the folks at the counter about delivery. They gave me some vague answers about cost, and other people offering delivery so I asked them who I should talk to about a specific quote. The woman at the counter responded "us" as though she were irritated and insulted that I would ask such an idiotic question. Whatever. I asked what they needed from me and again got vague responses about "it depends on the piece and the place it's going". I mentioned that i wasnt sure if id be going through with the purchase until i had a chance to go home and make measurements, and get a quote on the delivery, and i asked if they wanted the tag, they said yes. I got it and told them it was going to South Medford. The person at the counter said she didn't know where that was. Like did she not know what city she was in, or what compass directions were, or both? She asked for a neighborhood name, and when I gave her that apparently that wasn't helpful either. She asked for the nearest major street name and I gave that to her and she actually sneered at me and said "so central point?" To which I said "no. In Medford. In the southern part of Medford." Literally the exact opposite direction. At no point did she get out her phone or go on a computer to try to look up any of the information I gave her. She said she grew up on an island, and apparently that's why she doesn't know what direction South is, or how to use Google, I guess? After wasting way more of my time than I should have, I accepted the fact that she was going to continue being unhelpful, and decided to abandon my efforts. Why would I patronize a business that treats me like that? Its worth noting that most of the folks shopping while I was here were straight-passing, white, and of the same generation as the woman at the counter. It may be possible that if you fit that description as well, you will have a better customer service experience than I did. read more

This place is a filthy mess and the owner is rude and unprofessional. The selection of merchandise and the way most vendors display their items is on the level of Goodwill or a garage sale. I have literally seen vendors pull off Goodwill stickers from the items and retag them for their booth without even as much as cleaning them first. The owner's boorish attitide is not only unbecoming, it speaks volume for her business and provides a negative shopping experience for customers. There are so many other places, much more amazing, where I'd rather spend my time and money. read more

my roommate and i stopped here while we were in town. we loved the huge assortment of items and i found a rare 1997 rolling stones mousepad for a great deal considering they are sold for much higher on ebay. when we were checking out, the man and woman at the counter were very sweet and funny. i don't want to discredit some of the bad reviews on here, however, we had a great time! i'm not sure if the woman we spoke to was the owner, but she was very pleasant to talk to! read more

It pains me to write this review. We moved here last summer and found this place. We made it a regular stop once a month when we came to town for supplies etc. We always found something and I was so happy to be supporting local vendors and artists. Being an artist myself I inquired about having a spot to put my own pieces because I enjoyed buying from this spot. I felt if I made some money then I would pretty much put it back into the store and buy more things. I don't do my art to make a big profit. I do it because I genuinely enjoy it. Up until putting my stuff here our interactions went well with anyone who was behind the desk. I put my stuff here in early December and they put it off to the side of the register where no one could really see it. I figured it was better than nothing and just thrilled they were okay with me putting it anywhere. We signed up for a volunteer shift because that's a requirement. You have to give 4 hours of your time. When my husband showed up for the shift a shopping cart was blocking my art and the owner was very rude about my sales. She came down on him about how my art doesn't sell and that the other resin artists do sell their art. Ok? It has only been a week and something was blocking access for people to even see it. Again...why the need to be so nasty? Fast forward we've been gone for over a month helping family back home through the holidays. When my husband and I signed up for our first shift in December I made them aware that I'd be gone a while but would check in as soon as I got back in January. My husband called today to see how things went with my art and inquire if maybe I sold something. He was also calling to see about when they might need some help with another volunteer shift. The owner said if we wanted to ask questions we needed to come in person and said since putting my art there we NEVER visit the store anymore. I don't know what she was implying but this is incredibly rude behavior to people who have been very loyal customers. I've bought furniture, jewelry, and all kinds of neat things from this store. I've spent 100's of dollars. It's been my go-to over any department store for gifts. I wasn't necessarily angry by how we're being talked to and treated (how they choose to treat other human beings is their problem, not mine) but sad because I don't feel like I can go and support this business anymore. It was truly one of my favorite shopping spots. My husband is going to go remove my art. Regardless if it sold or not it's not an excuse to treat someone this way and be so ugly. Places like this need to be lifting artists up and appreciate that they are okay putting their pieces in their store. Without your vendors you're nothing tbh. As a customer...sure go in and browse around and you're sure to find something pretty cool but I wouldn't recommend coming here as a vendor. Everywhere else I've put my art they are always so appreciative to have artists and vendors in their store. This place has been extremely rude and to bring up that we haven't been by since putting it there when that is NOT true is petty. We've came 3 times since putting my art there and then we were gone for almost a month due to vacation. We put in our December volunteer shift. Thankfully I'm not far down the waitlist at the place across the street. After our last interaction I went there and got on the list right away. The people there are so nice and welcoming to vendors. Collector's Market is only welcoming and nice if you're actively buying from them or making them a crap ton of money as a vendor. BTW their volunteer contract states to call with any questions or send an email. They never respond to emails so of course a once in a while phone call is warranted. We live so far away in a rural spot which is why we always made our once a month stop for shopping. Just coming on in to ask a simple question isn't exactly an option. Again, I just don't understand the need to treat another human being that way. Good for shopping but if you're a vendor please wander across the street to the mercantile and get on the list. They treat people with the utmost respect and friendliness regardless. read more

As of this posting on August 9, 2020 of the 8 staff members only 1 had on a mask! They apparently have a sign on the door which was open so I couldn't see it that states they believe masks are optional. Irregardless of any sort of state mandate. I walked right back out immediately and won't be going back. And this is my favorite antique haunt. But So utterly irresponsible. Two weeks ago someone I know caught the virus from another cavalier shopkeeper with no mask, here in Jackson Co. 15 minutes talking to them was all it took, and now he and his wife are very ill. He knows it was them through tracing, that careless person had to call him and state the facts. He had a mask on, the other person didn't. Wake up people, stop playing Russian roulette with others health and lives. Grow up. read more

I was a vendor there for many years as well as in other stores, and over the years heard many stories about the owner being rude and how some vendors were cheated out of money. I took it with a grain of salt, well until it bit me. she started being rude and snippy over the last few months. Well when i was paying for items i was buying, she asked me when i could move out, because she had a power seller that wanted to move in, which shocked me. I dont want to be where im not wanted, so in one day we moved out. Ive never once not made money, so it wasnt like my space wasnt selling things. She sent our check, and deducted 2 weeks worth of rent because we didnt give 2 weeks notice. Well if you ask me to move out, i wouldnt think i would need 2 weeks notice. Shes money hungry and has no problem ripping venders off. another vender that moved out said they never got their last check, but didnt want to have to deal with her. This is probably my favorite shop in all of Medford! It's a weekend activity for me and I enjoy walking through and seeing all the different little things. There is certainly a lot to see at this antique mall. I enjoyed browsing and was amazed by the variety of merchandise that filled the aisles. I like to see that what I got rid of over years is now something--someone might want to buy. This trip I did not find any memories I wanted to buy back. There is parking in from of the store and store is much larger than it appears to be from the front. The people who work here were friendly. This place is great! I came up from Eureka, Ca to buy some crates from another picker style store but saw this and decided to stop in! This is my very first booth style thrift/restored/ antique shop and boy did I fall in love! Isles and isles of booths with lots of treasures. The prices were right too! We found lots of goodies! We found that there is a clearance room behind the register that's 50% off! I found my boyfriend an old shark hook! He loves it btw! Its smells like xmas in there! Ill be back next time im in your neck of the woods! read more

Found a couple of good deals here! The people at the register do not wear a mask during COVID. If this bothers you may want to wait to visit until there is a vaccine. Otherwise, there are some really nice vendor booths with fairly priced items to take home. The shop was clean and well organized. read more

The front of the store is your classic 'shabby chic' stuff, and everything in the back is the "antique" stuff. I liked several things up front but thought the prices were a bit high for the items. I did find an Origami cup in the back that was well priced at $2.50, so I happily bought it. read more

What a fun stop on our roadtrip through Oregon! This place is full of wonder and charm. My husband and I were excited to find a few vintage items we had recently been looking for. Collector's Market is my favorite Medford vendor mall. The various booths have a wide variety of collectibles, antiques, crafts, painted furniture, etc. All seems affordably priced. The large store is designed in aisles, but with enough space that it doesn't feel closed in or claustrophobic. I make a monthly trip and always find something unique to add to my collections read more
