My aunt passed. I ordered a large white poinsettia. I was told by the person taking my order they…read moredid have those and the large one. What was received about a few hours prior to graveside was a tiny red poinsettia that was an embarrassment. I called a couple days later voicing my displeasure and was told by employee to never call back again. I live out of town and have used this florist numerous times. They also charged 350.00 for flowers on a stand instead of the casket spray. I let Stubbifield handle that one. Once again embarrassment for the family.
