As it was closing time, 6 PM, we were gathering the shoes we wanted to purchase after a bit of trouble finding them. A new girl, as told by the cashier, kept roaming around us (im assuming to let us know it was time to go) and when I originally asked a question about the shoes I was looking for (before close. About 5:45) she didn't offer more than a "no were out". So as I'm digging trying to find my size, it's now 6, in the most impolite manner the same girl says "Um we're CLOSED". As I bit my tongue and walked to the register, almost ready to say forget giving this place my business, I told the cashier about how rude her employee was. Didn't even get an I'm sorry. Just a "she's new". My mother didn't want to cause a scene but this is completely disrespectful to someone who's paying there hard earned money. I would've completely understood had the young woman have approached us with an, "I'm sorry, we're actually closing up. Can I help you finish finding anything, etc etc" but to run up to us and yell they were closed after already showing poor customer service was too much. Don't know if we'll be back to spend any more of our money and be treated like we don't matter.

I stopped in mid week around noon. The wife and I were promptly greeted by very friendly sales staff. Within just a few minutes I had what I needed. Looking around the shop I found a broad variety of suits, sport coats and slacks. A full table of ties, in a rainbow of colors and patterns. Well, we each found at least three pair we liked. The prices were reasonable, especially considering that you only have to pay for the price of the highest cost and the other two were free. We didn't see any of the big name brands, but we felt that the quality was good. All of the boots are on shelves sorted by size. So you can look for you size, find ones you like and try them on. There is plenty of staff there and are quick to help. If you see a boot that you like, but don't see it in your size they can check in back to see if they have it in stock. We spent quite a bit of time there trying on many boots and several times they went back to look for specific boots for us. One thing I really liked was that they had a piece of blue jean material that you could wrap around your leg to see what it would look like in jeans. For a guy wearing shorts, this REALLY helps to see how they look. Superior service. A special shout out to Steve who helped me and my son initially. His shift was over and left before we were done. He was very knowledgeable and provided tips on how to ensure that we had a good fitting boot. As I said, we were there for a while. Emma stepped in to help and she did a great job of running back and forth to ensure we had what we were looking for in boots. Kristen also helped us out. Especially my wife. Lastly I want to say thanks to Melanie who took care of checking us out. She helped ensure we got the best deal with all the boots we bought.
