I ordered flowers for my friend that had surgery and is in now in a hand cast. Their website is not very descriptive and certainly doesn't state basic omissions. The florist delivered an arrangement without a vase and that still needs to be cut to suit whatever vase my friend can find. As my friend only has use of one hand, what should have been an easy to enjoy thoughtful gift, turns out to be a hassle. They grossly overcharged for the same arrangement I could buy at the grocery store.

They said "yes" it will and if it goes on sale within 30 days of my purchase I could come back and they would refund me the difference. I found out the patio chair went on sale within the 30 day period and returned to the store to get my refund. They refused. I wanted to buy another one at sale price but they were sold out. Other locations had the chair in stock. ?????? The management of this Lowes is horrible. Don't bother bringing your business here. They lie!
