Clean and tidy every time I have been there. The proprietor helped me when I thought a top was $32 and it actually said $82--she phoned the consigner and asked if they would take the lower price, and they agreed. She knows her stock very well and can help with ideas if you want, or leave you alone if you prefer that. Highly recommended.

Consigners beware! I started consigning with Bella by Brianna a couple of years ago. At first,…read moreeverything was fine. But around a year and a half ago it became very difficult to collect the money that I was owed. I would have to call and e-mail several times over weeks and months before I was paid for the clothes they sold. About six months ago I was asked to pick up some clothes of mine that hadn't sold. After picking up the clothes, I noticed that some of the items had been damaged while in the care of Bella by Brianna. Multiple items had their tags ripped off the garments, which also ripped a bunch of the stitching and left holes in the seams. That was the last straw for me. I asked for my remaining unsold items to be returned and for my account to be closed. Brianne returned some items that had been dropped off recently. Including one shoe out of a pair :/ What am I going to do with one shoe!?! Brianne informed me that she would not be returning any of my other items because "anything past a 3 month period becomes property of the store". I signed a contract when I started consigning with her that did in fact state that items that had been at the store longer than 90 days become property of the store. Brianne assured me that was just to protect them in case of theft or other loss of items. I never imagined she would use that clause to justify not returning my items while also not giving me money for them when they sold. I picked up the items she was willing to return to me. While at the store, I saw other items of mine that were on display to be sold. In total, Brianne accepted 92 items of mine for consignment. 25 items sold, which I received ~$160 for. She returned 25 items. SHE REFUSED TO RETURN 42 UNSOLD ITEMS. Do yourself a favour and consign your items at more reputable store.

The luxury brands that my wife saw were: Self-Portrait, Louis Vuitton, Stella McCartney, Maje, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Fendi....even a piece of Fendace (collab between Fendi and Versace). The condition of the items examined were all nwt, excellent, or very good. My wife ended up buying a pair of Givenchy sneakers, which she thought was a great deal. You have to be buzzed in by an employee to get in, and the store itself is small, so they probably limit the number of people inside at a time. It wasn't that busy on a Sunday afternoon.

While they…read moreoffer a diverse selection of items, ranging from vintage pieces to contemporary styles, the quality and pricing can vary. Some items are reasonably priced and worth the purchase, but there are times when the prices are exceptionally high for what they offer. For example, I recently came across a pair of Chanel sneakers circa 2014 priced at $750, (it did not come with a shoebox). However, upon further research, I found the same shoes on a well known preloved boutique for CAD$325 (same color, same size and it came with a box and individual shoe bags), and the condition was better to what Mine and Yours offered. I understand the store incur additional overhead costs, such as rent, utilities, and staff wages, which can influence pricing, but it should allow them to be more competitive esp if customers are always looking at phones now and doing strategic price comparison. Of course, I will continue to shop and browse and like coming here, the sales associates are nice and welcoming. While the store has its charm and unique finds, the pricing strategy needs to be revisited by management especially when comparable items are available elsewhere at significantly lower prices.
