In addition to all the goodies inside the store, they also have a great garden/plant section outside behind the picket fence. We really enjoy Love Street and for good reason, actually many reasons... Service - Always welcoming, helpful and friendly! Every person we have encountered here, whether it be in the main shop or in the garden shed has been great! Inventory - Not only do they have a lot of local branded items, they also feature a lot of locally sourced and created items including artwork, accessories, snacks, foods, clothing, etc...In addition to these items, they have plenty of unique things that make great gifts...even some items of the gag variety! It really is a hodgepodge of inventory as you will see local made honey next to tumblers and coasters in one room, walk through a doorway to get to toys, dog accessories and clocks then wonder into a room filled with shirts and magnets only to turn the corner to find shelves of soap and candles! Outside they have a beautiful garden area that features all varieties of plants and flowers, and accessories including some fantastic flower pots! Overall, Love Street is one of our favorite stores in Smyrna! It's a feel good and homey place to swing through whether window shopping or in search of that perfect gift for someone!

I actually like Grace Nails in the same plaza, but hate this parking lot. It's hard to exit because of Target and Five Guys customers. And the it's tight. I have a sedan, not a truck and I swear I feel like I'm gonna back into the cars parked opposite of me every time I go to this plaza. Interior Large. Cluttered. If you're in a rush, you'll need to ask for assistance. Prices / Value Unsure. Didn't really look around, was only looking for one item and found it quickly. Customer Service I think this spot must be under new management because the owner is condescending and rude. I was at the counter paying for my purchase and this clown had the nerve to lecture me about opening the box. AFTER he had already swiped my card and I'd signed off on the purchase. It was a white head scarf aka braid bonnet. I've purchased these before and opened the package to discover the wrong color was inside, and I'd been to multiple stores looking for a plain white version, so I wanted to open it in front of a store associate to make sure someone hadn't pulled the old switcheroo (or that it wasn't just a manufacturer mistake). I didn't appreciate his volume (loud) or his condescending tone. Once I've approved the credit card transaction, I own the product. What's wrong with opening it in the store? If I'd opened it in the car or at home - and had a problem, then walked back in, bet you dollars-to-donuts that the owner would have accused me of switching it after I left the store. I won't be returning and I suggest no one of color to come unless you want to be harassed, followed and possibly physically assaulted trying to simply get supplies and patronize the business. I wouldn't be surprised if they responded gas lighting or blaming me for being assaulted... it was the most disgraceful behavior. If I could give negative stars I would !
