Such a shame, I have shopped at this location for years without issue. I would say they're one of the better stocked locations in the area and usually I have a decent, normal, experience until today. I was profiled in their store by an older Arab or Indian man (excuse my ignorance but idk his ethnicity) probably in like his 60s is my guess. The first time, he comes on my aisle and starts shuffling boxes on the top shelf, like right next to me, says hi, I say hi back, fine. The second time, he goes to the aisle next to me, shuffling boxes on the top shelf again, comes back around to where I am. I mean, he is literally doing nothing. The THIRD time I am on another aisle, he comes to go to the back room, making a lot of noise and looks at me again, so I literally ask him to his face is he following me. Of course he says "no maam, he was just (whatever he said)" then goes back. By the time I am up front he is back up front again, shocker... I understand thieves exist and cost retailers money, but they have now lost a customer that has spent A LOT of money at their store in the past. I won't ever shop there again. Keep that up and you can guarantee all you have left in your store are the actual thieves, because those of us that actually come to spend money don't appreciate the disrespect. read more

Planned to buy at least two, but possibly a third human hair wig today before prices change with tariffs. (Note: They were already increasing the pricing on some items the day I was in the store). Salesperson was helpful. The store owner was, however rude with his 1-2 wig policy. I am not a child playing in the store. I am a visibly mature woman and will go spend my hard-earned money where I am welcome. At a minimum of $150/ wig, who would turn a customer away? Elite beauty supply is huge and they are well stocked with all the latest beauty, hair, jewelry, and accessories. Clean, neatly arranged, and friendly associates. I just wanted to say Alexis is amazing and incredible when it comes to wig knowledge it's like she knew the colors and different styles like the back of her hand. This is a fairly new store in the area. The problem- the prices are NOT competitive. There are at least 4 other beauty supply stores within a 5 mile radius of this store with better prices. For example they sell Fretress crochet hair for $8.99 . If you go down the street you can get it for $7.99. This was my first and last visit! read more

I went in today simply trying to get braiding hair, as I'm looking through the hair a man stocking the hair ask me if I can "hurry up" because I'm in his way and he's trying to work. I was taken aback and he proceeds to roll his eyes and curse under breathe, then says "Get what you need and hurry up" was so pissed I put all the shit back I intended on buying and left. I think it's fucked up how these store owners treat you like trash and expect you to still be a consumer. read more

During the COVID-19 pandemic i desperately needed a back up wig since i can't make it to my hair stylist . Kiera was so patient with me and answered all my questions concerning which wig to buy .. the rest of the staff was nice as well. I brought several products from this store as well as a wig. Of course you can't try the wig on in the store but I'm pretty good at making thing work and the wig was cute so I went for it. Wrong, the wig Prime Collection 100% virgin human hair SUCKS. The wig sheads really bad! I brought the wig back and I understand that I could not have a refund but the wig is terrible so I figured I could exchange it and pay any difference. The guy at the counter opened the box ran his hand through on section of the wig, hair came out in his hand,then proceeded to tell me that if he runs his fingers through his own hair (he is bald) that hair would come out. REALLY! Hair is suppose to come out of your head, what does that have to do with this bad wig? Then told me he would let me get 20% off of another wig. So I suppose to take this bad wig and spend MORE money with you and trust that that wig doesn't suck. No, sir, I will just never buy hair or products from your store again!
