They should clearly explain in advance what types of clothing or brands they are looking for so customers don't waste their time. I was told by the manager that because they hadn't expired and were opened, even though they were rancid, she would not do the return. She further explained that if they were expired and rancid, she would do the return. I explained how that made no sense. If the product isn't expired but bad, of course you accept the return. After a bit of back and forth she approved the return but then stood there with her back to us as the cashier completed the transaction. The cashier by the way was super sweet!!

Two hours later, off shore agents couldn't figure out how to add my new email I've had for 13 yrs. Eric and I were disconnected twice while on hold. Received my membership card to purchase gas. However given reference number to wait 72hrs for reconciliation by hopefully an English speaking person to change an email. Again kudos to Eric trying to help me all while waiting on returns!.

The store is clean, well organized, and easy to navigate, which is not always a given at this scale. What stood out immediately was the staff presence on the floor. Plenty of seasonal items and home decor to browse through, easily one of the stronger selections I have seen. If you are into jewelry supplies however, temper your expectations. The selection there did not match the overall scale of the store and left something to be desired. Now the part that will cost them a star. For a store this size on a busy morning, three cashier lanes open is simply not enough. And if you have a return or exchange, there is only one dedicated lane for that, which turns what should be a quick and simple transaction into a longer wait than it needs to be. Plan your visit with that in mind and avoid peak hours if you can. Four stars because the store itself genuinely delivers. But the checkout operation needs to catch up with the rest of the experience.

I waited 20 minutes in line with no greeting or check up on when I was going to be helped as they proceeded to sign up groups of people at a time in front of me. They did not check in any current members to get people into beds which were completely open while everyone stood there and waited. This customer service is very poor and needs to be fixed. I do not recommend coming here unless you want to wait 20 minutes just to be checked in for a bed!
