Yes - I understand all sales are final, but managers HAVE discretion and Lauren actively chooses to not be helpful. With leadership like that in their stores I guess I now understand WHY they are going out of business.

Unfortunately, her staff forgot to deliver the corsages and boutonnières to the venue when they delivered the bouquets and centerpieces. We had to do a lot of detective work to find Leslie's home phone number to let her know that flowers were missing, since their shop was already closed. They finally arrived 2 minutes before I walked down the aisle. I was stressed beyond belief! And while the flowers they provided were lovely, they did not look like the example photo that I provided in our initial meeting. (They used purple and gold flowers; not what I asked for.)
