Stealing flowers is an awful crime. It's de-flora-ble! When the homies are going clear across America for who knows how long, you send them flowers! Since I wanted to surprise my pals, I quickly fired up Yelp and found the nearest florist to their home. Enter Christy's Flower Stall. They had unicorn vases, classic vases, but the one that caught my eye was the '67 Chevy Camaro vase. Beep beep! Ordering online was a breeze and they delivered the bouquet on time and mostly without a problem. The flowers came out lovely! I was sent a picture to marvel at and what a sight it was indeed! My husband purchased flowers once from this florist, and was not satisfied at all with the price and completion of the bouquet. This time, my unknowing family from overseas, ordered a bouquet for my birthday yesterday, that resembles nothing what was ordered. The Vase was to be a beautiful sage green vase, instead the standard Dollar Store looking glass vase was used, the flowers and way of arranging, compares nothing to the bouquet ordered. Furthermore, my delivery was set outside of my front door at 92degrees! I tried to upload 2 pictures, what it was supposed to be, and what I received. I ordered a patriotic spray for a funeral last week. The picture of the spray on their website was beautiful and full of red, white and blue flowers. It was large and full. I ordered this spray. When I got to the funeral, I was embarrassed. The arrangement by Christy's was pathetic!!! It was half of the fullness of the one in their website's photo. It had probably half the number of flowers and they were all small in size. All of the other similar patriotic sprays for this deceased veteran from other area florists at the funeral were beautiful and made this one look very cheap. It was not cheap...it cost over $150.00! Don't depend on the pictures on their website to reflect what gets delivered! read more

I telephoned Christy's Flower Stall from out-of-state, and I needed a flower arrangement to be delivered ASAP to a maternity ward at the local hospital. The florist not only picked an adorable A-B-C container, but the flowers selected were a beautiful, colorful assortment as well. The recipient received them and sent a photo of the flowers and they were generous, not skimpy, and beautiful. The price for the quick delivery and the arrangement was also very reasonable. That's why I am taking the time to write this review because they really came through on my order, so I wanted to say, "Thank You," and to "announce" the great service-- even in the midst of the Covid-19 situation everywhere. read more

I ordered flowers for my sister on February 8th for her birthday today, February 9th. I placed the order at 9:17 AM in order to give the shop ample time to prepare the order for my sister. As of 12 PM today my sister had still not received her flowers. I contacted the shop and spoke with a woman. She said the truck that brought the specific flowers for my sister's arrangement was not there yet, and would be arriving promptly. I was worried, as I thought the flowers would have been there earlier and wanted my sister to receive them before she left work. The woman reassured me that the flowers would definitely get there before 4. At 3:55 I called again, as my sister still had not received her flowers. I spoke with the owner, Christy, and upon expressing my frustration, she was nothing short of rude and dismissive. She claimed I had told the previous woman to deliver the flowers by 4, and the delivery man was "3 minutes away" at 3:55. She said that their truck had broken down, and it was beyond her control. I tried to calmly explain my upset, and that I had in fact not told the woman to deliver the flowers at 4, and she refused to believe me and stated again that it was out of her control and there was nothing she could do about it. She also told me that it was Valentine's week and they have a lot of orders coming in and when that sort of thing happens, they "have to start making calls". When I asked where my call was, I did not get an answer. She did not offer any sort of reconciliation or reimbursement. It's not even the fact that she didn't offer to reimburse me, it was the manner in which I was spoken to. I understand that things happen, but I should have been notified and when I called in with my concerns, I should have been met with more sympathy. As our conversation progressed, my tone came to reflect more of my anger, and I am sorry about that. I am incredibly disappointed with this business and the manner in which I was treated. I wanted to support a local business and to give my sister a lovely surprise on a day that she normally dreads. I spent $106 for her work to have to contact her to up her flowers tomorrow because Christy's Flower Stall delivered them after hours. I will not be ordering from this shop again. I hope that in the future Christy treats her "loyal customers" with more kindness and respect. -Emily Brownback read more

The flowers were bright and fresh, but the mylar balloon was half-inflated upon delivery, and looked so sad and pathetic that I had to remove it because it just made the whole thing look sad and pathetic! Once again Christy's Flower Stall has made me VERY happy! I called and explained what I was looking at from another website. She informed me she did not have those exact flowers but did let me know what she did have available on such short notice (I wanted arrangement delivered today) I was so uncertain about how things would look I finally said tell me how much it will cost with the vase and delivery I have chosen. She gave me a price I agreed. I paid the bill (all of this over the phone) When my sister received her flowers they not only were made and delivered in less than 3 hours BUT they were so beautiful my sister cried. She sent me pictures and I was stunned at the talent and beauty. These were even better than I had imagined. Much prettier than what I had seen online from another florist and she still incorporated alot of what I wanted in there without me even telling them what to do.
