Where do I begin. On Saturday I went to the location to return two candles I had bought but when I arrived the location was closed. So I came back today after visiting one of my locations that I manage in the mall. When I got to the location I was not greeted by anyone, I had actually walked up to two workers. I had let them know that I wanted to exchange my two candles I had, as my sister in law advised me on their exchange policy, however I did not have my receipt of purchase. The only reason I wanted to exhange was because after 45min of burning them they didn't smell like anything. Which I have never had this problem before but for $30.00 a candle I expect to smell something. They said it was fine but I might have to pay the price difference if I got a more expensive candle and I said it was fine as long as they accepted apple pay because I didn't have my wallet. I guess they couldn't put two and two together - didn't have receipt & wallet? Why would they ..I guess I am asking two much from someone who gets paid minimum wage. I stroll the store find a couple additional items to purchase, find the candles I want to exchange and a fragrance I want to purchase with coupon I have from their loyalty program. Waited in the long line got to the point of scanning my Apple Pay to be asked for my ID for the exchange. I told the girl I don't have my wallet that's why I am paying with Apple Pay. She responded with I need your ID to complete the exchange. We'll ladies that would have been great to know the second I entered your location! In the future you should explain your exchange policy when someone asks about it. Complete waist of my time, I was so frustrated I walked off and realized I left my brochure of loyalty coupons. The associates didn't even bother to stop me and give it back. My husband then called the location and asked if he could get our coupons back that were left or somehow add to our profile and they told him it was his problem and he would have to call customer service. I came in to pick up an order yesterday! I was in line and some ladies cut in front of me from the side because the line setup was open on one side! No biggy, I looked up and seen pickup over here so I got out of line to go to the pick up area. I walked up and a cashier was there and I told him I was there for pick up and he told me someone will help me shortly, then he called a customer from the line! I stood there as they helped customer after customer! Then, I believe corporate came in and asked if I had been helped, I said, "No!" She told the same guy to help me and he said someone was helping me and I waited some more! He finally told a woman that was standing next to him to go help me! She came over and couldn't figure it out, then he came over and found my order and she gave it to me! Don't you hate when you tell someone you need help and they dismiss you and end up helping you 15 minutes later anyway! That 15+ minutes felt long and agonizing! I was so frustrated with the guy watching me stand there as he continued to call customers like I wasn't one! I thought about purchasing something else as I stood there, but I changed my mind very quickly! I just wanted out of that store! I almost requested a refund! I was so disappointed with the entire experience! Hey, at least my order was correct and I've never dealt with that before! To top it all off, I'm disabled, it was bad enough I had to get there from the parking lot! read more

I went in on Thursday searching for a birthday gift and being utterly clueless on what would the most appropriate gift for my mother. as soon as I entered the store the sales associate that greeted me was Rae- not only was she really friendly and welcoming into the store she really made me feel at ease during the whole process! Not only was she knowledgeable on all the products but she also suggested her top favorite products ( I bought 4 out of the 5 she recommended lol) Rae was the most nicest sales associate I have ever met and I honestly cannot wait to go back into the store (fingers crossed she's in when I go lol) you can tell when someone really enjoys there job and loves what they do and Rae demonstrated that Rae thank you so much for everything and also my mother loved all the products I bought for her read more

I understand things are difficult with covid but closing access 20 min before closing doesn't make sense. There were 4 people ahead of me in line to enter. I was standing in line for about 5 minutes before an associate came up to me and told me I would not get help because they already closed the line. How do you close the line 20 minutes before even closing. And then instead of putting a closed sign with your last customer or keeping an associate on hand to let people know they let me waste my time just to deny me entry. read more

I don't go to this Bath and Body in store very often. I normally do my shopping online. But when I went last week to exchange a item that was defective from a online purchase. Customer service and enthusiasm from the people working there was awesome. I love when someone loves working at where they work at. You can see it when they greet you at the door!! Came here to pick up my online order. Approached a guy staff who wasnt so friendly. He asked for the order number and name, waited for more than 15mins and never did he come back to me to update me with my order. He was just passing by me like with no words at all. So I decided to go to the counter to follow up on my order, the girl was nicer, she asked for the same details and asked me to stay somewhere on the side and just wait for my items. However after doing so, waited for another 15 mins and still, no update about my order so i had to approach her again,that's the only time she went to get my order. I didnt know i had to wait 35mins with my baby in his carseat for an online pick up order that says it's ready for pick up when i guess the staff hasnt prepared yet. read more

I was online last night when I receive the alert that Bath & Body Works were having their tote bags on sale that is filled with all kinds of bath & body work goodies ($117.50 value) for $30 with the purchase of $30. They also had the large 3 wick candles on sale for Buy 2 get 2 which is roughly $12 per candle, and I have gotten them for way less than that, but for the purpose of the tote deal, I decided to go. Lol. I also had a coupon for $10 off your purchase of $30 or more so off I went. When I arrived I was greeted by a young lady who asked if I needed any help. I did have a question, I wanted to know what the limit was on how many totes you could get for $30. The young lady (who I later found out her name to be Darae..not sure of the spelling..) But Darae was very helpful! She spoke with the manager to determine what the limit was, and found out that there was no limit persay, but once you have gotten to your initial $30 to be able to get the tote for $30, each additional tote can be purchased for $30! Score!! So once I determined I was going to purchase four bags total, Darae took my bags to the front so that once I was done shopping for my candles and be ready to check out, they would already be at the register. Never usually go here but when I did the other day some Asian girl working here greeted me and said "Are you gonna shop?" Like what?? I've been doing customer service for years but I have never heard someone say that to a customer. Even if it was an hr or 30 min before closing you should always put the customers first because people come here to buy product. After 3 min I just left. If I could give this store zero stars I absolutely would! Everything the manager said contradicted what their corporate cust. Svs. Rep told me. The manager Kristin has the most condescending attitude and is completely unwilling to offer any assistance! When i got home and called their corporate customer service, I was treated 100% better. I went here yesterday, and it was my favourite time of year, the semi-annual sale, where I can stock up on bath products with synthetic scents. I've been to several locations before, and I've never seen one as chaotic and messy as this one. Did the employees just get too overwhelmed to at least sweep the floors? I don't know but it just looked really ugly. The service was lacking, and I didn't know who was working there and who wasn't. Which was a first for me. So, $15 later, and me leaving smelling like faux-pomegranates, I left. read more

If there is one thing that I can't stand while shopping, it's a sales associate who lingers and who feels the need to do a play-by-play of everything that I touch. Bath & Body has friendly customer service but they overkill it with the suggestive selling and smelling. I visited the store to take advantage of their great sale on hand soaps, 6 for $20. At first I browsed the new fragrances before committing to anything and then I grabbed a mesh bag to fill up. The sales associate did her job, she greeted me when I came in, asked if I needed help, and offered me a bag for shopping. Other than a quick check to see if I needed any assistance, I should have been left alone to shop. Nope. Not today. Instead, every new fragrance of soap was pointed out to me. EVERY new fragrance. When I politely smiled and appeased the associate, she left me alone. Until two minutes later when she reappeared and insisted that I smell two of the new fragrances. Holy sh*t, all I wanted to do was pick out some damn soap and be on my way. Instead I felt rushed to make my selections just so I could get out of there. I've always loved B&B products. Love them as gifts and love them just for every day. I was on the hunt for some Thanksgiving scented foamy pump soap, maybe one that smelled like pumpkin pie and another like oh say, Christmas cookies baking in the oven and guess what I found out? They came out in August and were sold out by October! What? Guess I need to get in a bit earlier next year! I did find four (they always get you with the old, "if you buy more it'll cost you less" deals, which I always happily fall for. Something new has been added. They have these adorable little sleeves for everything! Sleeves for the foamy soap dispenser, sleeves for the soap w/lotion in it, even sleeves for the candles! Cute Christmas sleeves, or everyday sleeves-they have a sleeve for every occasion and everyone! How do I know this? I now own a sleeve for my foamy pump soap, no dispenser should be without one! If you are so inclined, I hear their wonderfully scented Christmas candles (that have optional sleeves) will be 2 for $20 instead of $20 each. That would mean you'd have to get up real early, say 5 or 6AM in order to grab 2 before they were sold out. I think I'll be sleeping in on Black Friday. read more

Called corporate on one of the sales associate. Poor customer service! Watch out everyone Lisa is not a good sales representative! Invading privacy and has very little knowledge of store policies. Remember everyone if you are claiming any offers from your phone sales rep is not suppose to touch/handle your cell phone they do not want to be reliable for any damages to your cell phone. She accused me of having a snap chat and snatched my phone and sure enough she was wrong and had nothing to say. She invaded my privacy by scrolling through my email. Had to school her in it and she didn't like it so she decided to bad mouth about me behind my back. Guess what the customer after me was my husband! Stopped in today just to see if they had anything left in stock from their Up to 75% off sale because I couldn't get their website to load this past week. Oh my word, they had some great stock left. My friends and I came in yesterday and when we went to check out we had the worst experience. My friend had a $25 gift card that she wanted to use toward her purchase. She swiped it and it the check out girl said it was invalid. The cashier then tried to swipe it and said it was still coming up invalid. The cashier said that it wasn't going to work and that she didn't want to call the service line because she had to do it once before and it takes too long. We left and called the number on the card, they told us there was no problem and that there was a $25 balance. We went back in and waited in line again. Our original cashier finished with her customer and then walked away leaving us to wait for the other cashier. The other girl processed a refund so we could use the card. We told her what had happened and that customer service told us the number had to manually entered, she tried and it denied again. We asked her to call the number on the card and she walked into he back room for over 5 minutes. When she came back she said that customer service was closed and there was nothing she could do. We called again today and again told there is no problem with the card and that they are open 24/7. We called the phone number that the cashier said she called and it isnt even a valid phone number. This is just horrible customer service and I will not be shopping here again. read more

Was greeted as soon as I walked in. Was looking for a gift for my aunts bday and they were all so helpful and nice . I found the right gift . They helped me wrap it and everything.
