Van Fossen was friendly, professional and knew his business. He's been doing this for decades and after speaking with him, I can honestly state he has a heart as big as the state of Iowa. They did a really nice job installing the product, worked fast and were very clean. Since then we have been able to use the room almost daily. It warms up nicely on sunny days and with a small space heater on those crappy days. The product has already held up nicely to some strong storms and wind. Everything stays nice and dry. The vinyl window open up to 75% and in multiple formation, so the airflow is great. We wish we'd done this sooner. We recommend D&K
