If I could give zero stars I would. He promises a lot of services and when you make the investment he disappears. We lost over 7 thousand dollars and he knew this and chose not to call and make it right. We even noticed he has changed his name from refinishing success to bathtub Seo. I would hire a Seo person who is genuinely concerned about his reputation even if it's a little bit more. Derek doesn't follow through with his promises and you will end up losing more money than if you use someone who is highly rated and returns calls He has changed his phone number and a lot of contact info after burning us.
