After months of trying to get T Mobile to do right by me, they would not, I called this Boost store this morning and the rep, Jose was very polite, professional and told me what they had. Basically it came down to this, I switched my number over to Boost, Jose provided me with a great phone, a freebie for switching and all I paid was first months plan fee..Even saved me ten bucks a month by setting up auto draft on my card and while I waited to get this done, pleasant conversation....Great job Boost!

I just needed to trade in my iPhone12 and got a iPhone14 Pro practically for free. Sales, Edward Kim was super friendly, patient, and informational.
