There was no physical the screen cracked shortly after installation. Cheap parts can come with a high price. I was shocked that Idoctor did not standby there workmanship and warranty. It is clear to me that one or more factors were responsible for cracking: -Glass improperly made so internal tension is not balanced -Install of glass created to much stress -Internal components not properly reset Idoctor refused to repair without charging original cost less 10 percent. It is unconscionable that a retailer would not correct issue, I am senior citizen in all my years I have not been subjected to such unprincipled action.

They sell phones, contracts, cases, etc. But can't help with their own products? Really? So they suggested Tek, across the street. I went and the gentleman took my phone to the back and wa la.... It was fixed in less than 2 minutes. I asked him what I owed him. He said nothing. That's the first time I've heard those words in forever. I thanked him and went on my way. They fix cracked screens there, for less than Verizon. So I would recommend this establishment. They have fixed some of my friends screens. But their business attitude and service was 5 star. They give you the down home feeling.
