I honestly came to Staples because of the Staples Baddie, also known as the Staples Queen, on TikTok, and I am so glad that I came here for my office needs. I got my college announcement board made here for same day pickup, and it came out nicely and was very affordable. One thing I want to point out is that I would prefer the staff peel off the tape holding the invoice onto the board more gently, since it did take off a bit of the back of the board. But that is just me being OCD. I also got documents printed on premium paper, and I do not have to worry about the ink spreading if it rains, because it stays on! On top of that, you can recycle your old or broken laptop at Staples and get credit for it. I actually used my credits to save a few dollars on my next purchase. I came here to return an Amazon package and they don't really have good signage for where you need to go. A nice lady at the register directed me because I clearly looked lost. But she told me "it's over by copy and print" so I stood where it said the big sign "copy and print". Today I went in to buy printer ink and forgot a $10 coupon I received from the printing department when I dropped off a package for UPS. I asked the clerk in the printing department for another coupon and explained I left the one they gave me last week at home. She refused and I had to drive home, retrieve the coupon, to make the purchase. There was no empathy or customer service. Ran in here on short notice to get something printed for New Year Eve! Do you know how nerve-racking it is to try and get something printed?. I was stressing out that I wouldn't have time to get it printed. I had tried to get my order done online and then picked up when it was done but the turn around time was two days and I needed it this evening. I called the store and asked if they were still printing and they said until 6:00. It was 5:45! I parked and was in the store by 5:47 pm. The manager welcomed me and told me where I could print, he even helped me connect to my google drive so I could get my pages printed. Once I was connected it took maybe two minutes to pull up my items and get them printed! I was so relieved and excited to be able to get my pages printed. The service at this location is one of extremes... Sometimes you receive exceptional service and sometimes the service is so bad that you never want to come back to the store. We shop here primarily for the soda stream canisters. Sometimes we just deal with Walmart's customer service desk to get our CO2 canisters instead of dealing with Staples. Enter at your own risk.
